Who’s doing 37’s

Might not need a level for 37's. The motor trend article said the rho sits 1 inch higher than the trx.
Are you referring to this part of the article? They say it's 2 inches of more ride height, but then the front axle is the same at 9.4, so was confused by the article.

That’s ground clearance at the differential with the 35 inch tires on the RHO vs Ground clearance on other trim models of 1500. If you do 37 that 11.8 will become 12.8.

Yes true, but what I was asking is per his statement, that the RHO (stock) sits 1 inch higher than the TRX (stock). Where does the article say the RHO sits higher by 1 inch? Sorry, I must be missing something, exceptionally ADHD 🤣

If you find the spec that shows total height the RHO is 1" higher

It just says .6 inches taller in rear

I have just over 83" clearance height where I park. I'll have to stick with 35s, but I think I should clear based on others TRX measurements. As soon as the first group on here get's delivery I'm hoping they can provide some accurate measurements to the front and rear of the roof.

I have also heard that. I don’t know exactly where that difference comes from either as both the TRX and the RHO state they have a built-in 2 inch suspension left. Not sure how that makes the RHO a full inch taller. My guess is they’ve got a lot of different people using the tape measure, and there are discrepancies

Just looked and the TRX is 80.9 vs 81.9 for the RHO

Ok thanks all...guess we will learn quite a bit here in the coming weeks when we get our trucks. Side note...I've been obsessing about all the HO Tungsten and Limited driver reviews, where people get on them and all record under 5 seconds 0-60. Reviewers reactions make me want to see real world RHO times, which I think will be better than what we see with Tungsten/Limited due to the better flowing exhaust and intake. Stoked. Thanks again for all the feedback, this forum rocks.

Who’s planning on doing 37’s as soon as their truck comes in? I’m really debating on it.
When I settle on what wheels I'll have for daily, I'm going to swap tires and do 37's on my beadlocks for offroad only. I'd prefer not to have the lower mpg, wear and tear, and ratio concerns that come with daily driving 37's. If I didn't do much freeway/highway then I'd go 37's daily but wouldn't beadlock them.

Why is it, I can walk in a shoe store and pick a pair in a minute but picking wheels takes forever and I second guess my decision relentlessly?

Does the tungsten and limited have different gear ratios?

No, I believe all HO trims come with the 3.92
So in theory, if all else (engine and gearing) it equal, the larger tires will slow is down, right? I don't imagine that the intake and exhaust will compensate for that. But I'm no automotive engineer.

I don’t think 37’s slow these down much, if anything it’s negligible. I have 37’s on my Limited and I absolutely hang with other 1500’s
