Wondering if the Level 1 is worth $10k

Was definitely worth it to me, I really enjoy having the sunroof, and the 360 degree cameras. I would have rather not had the passenger screen, but heads up display is a must. For the 10k you get everything that you’ll need, not to mention resale value will be higher.
Yes. This is my first vehicle with heads up display. I really like it!

I forgot about HUD and 360 being part of lvl 1,after having 360 cams in my wife’s tahoe it’s definitely a huge perk to any big vehicle
That's what I wanted 360 cams hated not having them before plus cooling seats and a little better sound.

Definitely worth it and you might as well get the tow package n mirrors. :)

And the pano is sweet…not gonna lie, like the massaging seats and…I could go on and on lol

If you're looking for a resale value then NO, maybe you get 1k more when you sell.
If you are looking to enjoy your vehicle and have better stuff then go for it.

I would like to drive a Base level vs Level 1 and see if its worth it. I like some of the goodies of the Level 1...But $10k (really more like $9k when you look at discounts) is a lot of money!

I think it depends on what you got out of to get into the RHO too. Compared to my Rebel, and Laramie before that my base model is so much better in every way. If I traded from a limited or a ford platinum or something like that then idk maybe the L1 is your better choice.

Great points, we had a fully loaded(every available option at the time, larger fuel tank, lsd, gear ratio, hood ppf etc) Laramie Longhorn and the wife said she wasn’t going backwards interior/option wise. Funny thing is she wanted the pano just like our last truck yet I don’t think I’ve ever seen her use it. I do all the time though. 😂

As noted on another thread, you won’t get your money back, just like with the beadlocks, you get them because it’s what you want, not need.

If we all just “needed” a 4wd truck, there’s a bazillion other ways we could get it for a hell of a lot less money. ;)

As I read up on TRX and theft.. and the RHO level 1 group, I think this might be a real great option from the lvl1 group

Smartphone as a Key
This gives you the credit card sized "key" (you don't have to hook up any other the other stuff for phones). you place it on the door handle to unlock, and then down on the wireless charging pad to drive like normal.

Place real key in faraday pouch (or leave it at home) and use this and they can't pickup on the keys signal.

You might be able to do the same by just pulling out the battery on the fob and using the keys like one with a dead battery.

Until a vehicle can take me from A to B while I read a book or take a nap, it just isn't something I'd use anyway. For me the BIG reason for Level 1 was (In order of importance):

Seating and Mirror memory - So when I recover it from the guy who stole it I can get back to my happy place in rapid fashion ;)
Heads up display - because I love replacing the most expensive windshields possible
Dual Wireless Charging to avoid a duel with wife
240-Amp Alternator for lights I'll be adding
Ventilated seats - because I live in the desert
Digital rearview - because I have a softopper without windows
Trailer Connector because trailers
Bigger screen for my tired eyes
Better sound system - because I don't want to be messing with it
Will you have to move your rear view camera?

Will you have to move your rear view camera?
That is a VERY good question. I've been looking at the location of it and I'm thinking I might but won't know until I get ride home and install it. I'll try and post a video or at least pictures and the route I go. I got the window delete for my softopper because I don't want dog going crazy so I'll definitely need to sort a solution if camera doesn't work with it. I did order brake light kit for it too, so I suppose I could remove existing brake light and extend the camera cord to mount back there. Like most things I do, I'll likely over engineer and over complicate a solution that'll tick all my OCD boxes :ROFLMAO:

@Ctech-Review next video idea?....RHO Level 0 vs Level 1! If you could get your hands on a level 0 to compare to yours and go through the options in video instead of just spec sheet. I already have level 1 on order but it would help out anyone who is on the fence deciding between the two in the future.

Personally I only like the vented seats and 360 cameras so spending and extra 10k was not worth it to me, I would have like the base to come with less nanny options or at least the ability to remove things like stop start, lane assist, and AEB.

Don't do it trx was a b to park and off-road without 360 cameras. Or at least I regretted it 🤣

I should be ok I have a mid size SUV, and everyone here thinks I'm basically insane for having one while I live in Budapest. Parking spaces are a good 2 foot smaller here so parking kinda sucks anywhere in the city.
