XPEL PPF and ceramic coating

We have ppf but not ceramic. Love it and while most of the time she’ll be a pavement princess, we know she’ll be protected when we hit the dirt :)

Did you paint the front hooks? or is it just a cover? really like how the red stands out!
It was just a cover. Making sure before we have them powder coated.

:)

Interesting, would you mind sharing the page where you bought them? (y)

I PPF'd the black part of my 2 tone. Going to ceramic coat the Silver paint and my wheels. I figured the black portion of the truck would receive a beating from rocks and debris from the tires.. and ppf would do best there.

Exactly what I did but I added the whole front sans bumper.

What ppf did you get to stick there? Are you referring to black two tone paint or the tons of balck plastics that make up the two tone? I was gonna try and get some adhesive backed ppf on plastics but figured it'd not hold and had rhino liner lined up as backup.

I would like to PPF on the front side of the rear fenders. They take a beating. Any ideas on a kit or where to start and stop the film?

I should have an update for this thread in the next week or two about cleaning. I talked with XPEL’s PR team yesterday and they are planning on sending me “everything” with regards to cleaning. Buckets, foam spray gun, towels, etc…

It is still bitter cold here though and I’m in PT for a bum shoulder. Hoping I get one afternoon to show off the stuff and might get a friend to help me show off the various items.
