2025 Ram RHO We got problems! In the shop full undercarriage video overview

I got click baited hard... picking mine up tomorrow and feared for the worst from you!
haha! well I do not totally know yet...got two things going on, hope it fixes both. Dealer seems to think its the wire harness and if all goes well It will fixed tomorrow.

-I still feel this is a great truck, but as my promise on this channel I am going to be transparent about whats going on with this beats!

Great video just what I wanted to see. Skid plates look nice and substantial, not like those useless FX4 ones ford puts on.

Nice to see the spare looks like a real identical wheel too not a Steelie.

Not sure if you followed my thread on safety system faults…but, the faults present as an electrical/hardware issue. Ram engineering has said it’s a software issue & there is no fix, currently.

Hope your issues are not the same.

Interesting…my neighbor’s brand new V6 Raptor has reverse sensor problems that are “freaking out” his automatic braking (as explained by the owner). The dealer told him a Ford independent supplier gave the factory defective sensors. Hmmm…. I noticed he’s still in a rental almost a week later.

Oh…on e-coating the frame…check out the frame behind the front sway bar mounts…especially on the right side in your last undercarriage “scan”…you got some rust started there! It was the same on mine, but it’s fixed now. See my post on this issue.

Interesting...I Had not had a chance to dive into this...thank you for sending this. Its not a biggie, I can leave it as is for a while if need be. My 21 Raptor was awesome..50k trouble free miles...my 24 Raptor R was another story. I am a Ford fan boy but will take a little break to let them work out there stuff. My 23 Bronco was having electrical issues in the snow last week. Nuts.

I just hopped in mine today and it said rear parking sensor unavailable front collision sensor unavailable. It has been snowing and the roads have been treated/salted. I figured the sensors may be really dirty, but I don’t think they should be that sensitive. I got back in awhile later and the warning did not come up and the sensors were working fine. Not sure what the issue was, but I’m keeping this in mind if it does it again.

I live in PHX, so absolutely no snow or salt & my sensors have been troublesome.

I haven’t really had any issues with them until this happened. They do seem a bit too sensitive though. Not sure if there’s a way to adjust that.

It’s funny how some parts have the name TRX on them. It feels like they took leftover components from the TRX and used them to create a new truck named RHO, except for the engine.

My truck hasnt seen salt or snow yet...just cold weather!

I had a similar message yesterday with the blind spot system not working and front collision braking not working. Started it up this morning and it’s all gone.
Jease...sounds like my Braptor issues I am having!

It’s not an isolated issue. Ram is aware and they are working on a software patch.

For sure...same thing Ford did when they went Raptor to Raptor R...they reused same muffler and muffler valves from V6 and put it in a V8 truck!

Its nearly an identical truck, chassis wise, and they share 99.9% of the same components. when they designed the molds for the 21 TRX cast parts, they didnt know the RHO would be a thing in 2025. Doesnt make sense to spend millions to completely remake millions of dollars of molds to change 3 letters when the part functions identically. These molds are outsourced to mold making machine shops, take months to make, and cost a pretty penny. To be honest, I'm amazed they didn't just name this truck the TRX again to avoid the harnesses, hard goods and so on having "TRX" on them..
