I’m thinking about waiting till summer 2025 to order my RHO…I’m on the fence but do you guys really think by waiting stellantis will fix a lot of the issues we’ve been hearing about?

Will Mark Dodge still be running their $10k+ off deals?

I don’t need a truck right now but I’m definitely having fomo seeing everyone’s trucks come in - any advice or suggestions?

I feel very confident in saying that the price of the truck will increase by at least $10,000 just due to new tariffs alone. This will negate any $10,000 off incentive anybody may be offering.

This is a ridiculous statement. Confident based on what? Tariffs are imposed on the cost paid for an item coming into the country. So at 10%, a $10,000 price increase means there is $100,000 of value coming into the country - on a truck that is 72-92k at retail. So, that means the cost of the ENTIRE truck is likely in the 55-70k range. Even if the ENTIRE vehicle was imported as a finished product (and we know that's not the case), then it would have a tariff cost of $5,500 - $7,000.

Please walk me through this as I must be missing something.

It's easy to be very confident when there is nothing at stake for being wrong. The whole Internet is based on this principle.

Brother first you coined "gloom-porn" and now this?!

Same guy who was decrying the evils of capitalism on this board a while back. IMO, a forum full of people driving 80 and 90k trucks should be grateful every day for capitalism. Unless you are a DC politician or rob banks for a living, I don't know any other way to get there . . .

Our plan is to be as competetive in pricing as possible. We run the numbers the day the code guides are released, and will post up what our discounts will be. This is our process for all models/trims like we just did most recently on HD Rams (came out to an even 11% across board).

A price increase, in my personal opinion, is highly likely - based mostly on where the RHO sits within the lineup and that I think it was VERY fairly priced as a first model year release, and had no increases. How much will probably depend a lot on what Ford does for pricing, and what other trims and powertrains RAM is playing with for '26 and where they want things to be comparative to each other.

ALMOST certain would be that rebates like conquest and the $1K truck month and TDMs would not be present at the beginning of '26 availability.
First responder, military, and affiliate we'd be in the same boat as early last year where we can't guarantee it, but having it this year is promising.

Content changes I don't expect much, it was new this year and included a ton of first year features for Ram. I don't really see much from other Stellantis brands on items new this year that would trickle-down either.

I Don't expect the 2kw inverter to coincide with a new model year, they've been trying to get that open so if does, they won't wait for a new year to release it. Should just go when it goes. Same for phone as key.

If you are looking to order for best price situation, anything after mid-April becomes very dicey. When they do decide to close it down, It will be without a specific advanced notice. We MIGHT know which month, but not whiich day.

Time will tell. So far this year nothing is coming down in price. Quite a few things are going up in price and very quickly.

RHO will increase in price by $100 tomorrow night, no telling what 2026 will bring!

10% try again, 25%. Do you know how tariffs work? Probably not, some parts cross multiple times. Guess what the tariffs apply every time

A $100.00? Could be the smallest mid yr price increase in the history of automobiles
Yeah it's just on the destination fee, taking from $1995 to $2095.
I'm sure there is a reason for it that is beyond my current awareness - but if you think about $100 across ALL ram's sold and it goes straight to OEM (FWP and MSRP are identical for this line item) I suppose it adds up. There ARE price reductions on durango and hornet though :)

Ok - so $40,000 of the total value of the truck comes from Mexico. Which parts are from Mexico and how are they $40k of the total cost? You comment about parts going back & forth is quite amusing. Which parts are those?

This is too easy. I’m just gonna go with your random $40,000 worth of truck coming from Mexico. Get your calculator out and you’ll discover that 25% of 40,000 is $10,000. Yes, believe it or not in the assembly of some components, it will travel back-and-forth across the border more than once.
