Going to hopefully pick up our RHO in the next day or two. When we ordered it, the manager gave us this sheet with the VON number etc.

It seems to show pricing that they wouldn’t have wanted to share. But hey, if I know then I can negotiate and be fair to all.

Invoice ? What are the prices labeled HB, FFP and EP?

FFP = Friends & Family Price aka affiliate, which is 1% below invoice, plus $75
EP = Employee price, which is something around 5% below invoice, plus an admin fee I forget exactly

Both are irrelevant, as neither program is eligible on the RHO (the software just spits out what it would be)
You can extrapolate then, what the invoice cost is on the vehicle - but the fact of the matter is the dealer is going to charge you whatever they prefer, unless you have already agreed on a price at the time of order.

That's the standard spec sheet for the order. I received the same.

Discussed it, didn’t sign papers and then the dealership was sold. I ordered it before I found this forum.

I was given one of these but the order form I signed has the agreed price on there. That’s what was signed. It’s was completely different than the numbers on the order sheet I was given, the sheet you posted.
