It will be better than my JBL in my Tundra for sure but audio is important to me but I hate paying to modify. I’ll almost always pay for a factory upgrade.

i've had many cars and the hk in my TRX sounded incredible. Light years better than the b&o unleashed in my raptor and also much better than the hk in my 22 x3m as well. The only thing that sounded almost as good was the Bose in the my 2012 corvette which im sure size of cabin played a factor as i was never a huge fan of bose.

Yeah I have never been a fan of GMs BOSE systems. Like the sound of your TRX HK review.

I mentioned on one of my other post how great this system sounds. I've compared it to most of the trucks out there (Titan's Fender, F-150's B&O Unleashed, GM/Chevy's Bose, Tundra's JBL) and IMHO it sounds better than all of them. That same HK system sounds even better in my wife's Jeep GC though. To get that rounded out punchy base (that doesn't rattle), I've had to add a sub in my last two Ram trucks with HK audio. That's just for my personal taste and I rock out hard and loud! In either case, it's likely one of the best factory systems and adding a sub with a small mono amp isn't a heavy priced upgrade if that's what you choose to do.
