Sorry, I meant is there a reason why haha. People seem to get their VINs within a few days for other colors, is there a reason why they wouldn't even issue VINs?

Yes, becuase it is a brand new color that was released for ordering 90 days later than everything else.

I understand is not Mark Dodge fault but it sure makes the whole process look bad. Also another thing. Why would the Ram open up early ordering when there is no reward for those ordering first

You got locked into the price that day vs dealing with any possible price increases until production and you were guaranteed the discount from places like mark dodge. If I had 20k down for months that is one thing but at 1k it is what it is

Your comment makes zero sense. Mark Dodge has always had discounts including during the pandemic including TRX. Discounts won't go anywhere. No one is getting anything for free.

Might have made zero sense on the RHO (so far) but the same can’t be said for the TRX and Wranglers etc. Prices do go up so placing an order early does remove that risk. I will agree nobody is getting anything for free lol

Ordered and scheduled quicker than I expected. Should I be worried it doesn't show two tone paint (black on lower) ? Order form listed sales code "APD" which I believe is the lower two tone paint code. Anyone else seeing this?

This has the lower paint in the option list? Regardless you can’t get it without lower two tone unless you get black and the reason for that is obvious

That is what I was thinking too, but wording if color wasn't added it will revert to silver. Weird it wouldn't be corrected prior to getting scheduled ...

I just looked at the screen shot of the dealer ordering and the build sheet and one has qxj listed and the other just says lower two tone unless. Don’t think you have anything to worry about

I noticed people who posted there order pic staring august ish onward did not have two tone paint. I just assumed it was some glitch from the website. Honestly I would love it to not have the two tone paint but I could definitely see how it would upset most

So it appears I have entered production stage on September 24 though I didn't not receive an email notification from Ram. Expected delivery date is Dec 6th.

So hope to get better updates later on from my sales rep.
