Have you contacted your dealer and got status updates from them? Curious what it shows on their end

Tough to say what’s holding it up. Plenty with bed liners have been built in a week. Are you sure the liner is the sticking point? Does your dealer have any information? Wonder if it could be something else?

Liner is probably the most labor intensive of body adders so a good guess IMO. Don’t know how many stations or man hours they throw at it though.

Not once have I received an email from Ram
 
I have never received an email either.
 
My truck is showing built on 11/24 and a delivery date of 12/16. My dealer emailed me Friday and said it was listed as shipped/delayed. He says it’s on a truck so delivery date may be sooner than 12/16. Also I can access my window sticker on the tracker.

Only ever received the "Confirmed" email. From what I've seen the tracker doesn't seem to be incredibly reliable either. Really mucks with trying to plan life around this time of year.
 
My tracker shows vehicle built and shipped dates of Nov 26 with TBD delivery date. I emailed Koons to find out if they had an updated delivery date because it would be nice to maybe start planning my trip to head up there in order to drive back down to South Carolina. The email response I received was that it was in KZP status: In Transit-Arrived at Body Vendor...ETA Window: TBD.

Still can't plan on anything...

How are you able to tell what stage of production your truck is in (body vendor, inspection, etc.)? The Ram tracker doesn’t give that level of detail…
 
People waiting longer in production do you have trailer tech?
