Shipped date updated this morning and got an estimated delivery. I'm guessing it left the body vendor (KZP) and is actually heading to the dealership? I just happened to send an email to Koons yesterday asking about an update so hopefully I'll get a better status.

I'm pretty sure only about half the ppl that ordered got that email/link. I never got anything once my order was placed. I have to email the dealership to get any info on the status of my truck.

I didn't receive an email either.

Funny one - my last order (Dodge) that I cancelled after it was delayed for months never sent me any emails either. However, months after cancelling the order I finally received an email (tracker) saying your Dodge was built and waiting for shipment. Almost like they wanted me to come back and buy car. HAHA

just email or text the dealer, they give you the order # then you can go on Ram website and track the order once you login. I never got an email from RAM
