I see. Funny, there is no such link to click. I opened the 3 lines icon in the upper right corner of the app, nothing there either. Do I have the right app?

it should be this number (800) 777-3600. Just give them a call, and they just need the last 8 of VIN!

I'm on Android, probably the difference in what we're seeing. I was just on the phone with an agent and he put me on hold after I gave him the last 8, listened to his music for 5 minutes, he came back and when I said, yes, I'm here, I think he dropped the phone and hung up on me . It didn't sound like he found my VIN at first. Idk, maybe I'll try back later.

It wont matter iphone or android. Your vin just isnt in the system yet, ie not built yet or something weird. My vin said it didnt exist in the app for months. Finally one day when i enetred the vin in the app (android), It popped up that i needed to call and did, they got it all set up and works great. Truck is still at final inspection but at least i can track it. LOL

Thanks for the info. I got bored with the tracker website and came across the posts here tracking on the app and thought, that is much more entertaining, so I thought I'd join the fun. Oh well, back to the tracker.

I called a few days ago and said they couldn’t find it. Then tried again last night and it worked… Still no location!

Same. My first May order sat in final inspection for a month, hopefully my 3rd order doesn’t take that long. Dealer is confident it will be delivered this month

You’re right. Called back again and now it’s set up. Anybody actually getting vehicle location? Mine shipped last week but unable to locate.
