Yes - here is my September order’s location as of today. It has moved from SHAP to a holding lot and now to a train yard in the past week!!

Tracker just shows "BUILT" / says nothing about "SHIPPED"....

Oh okay. Well at least you can see it. Mine shows shipped 2/27. No location, but I just recently added it. Maybe it will show later…….

Mine said it was scheduled to ship on the 25th - but is now in JZLD or whatever code. I guess the LD means long delay based on my sleuthing from other forums. Lucky me. There are 6 or 7 from Koons with that status. Oddly enough, all but mine are Level 0s - and they don't have many level 0s on the order list. It worries me that I still can't get a location on the app - maybe it has the dreaded dead battery issue . . .

You have click to “call an agent”. Did mine, it took about 5 minutes.

I tried that, but the guy said I needed to complete the purchase to activate the app. So how did you guys get it running?

Just called too and the lady gave me a hard time about it! She said all of you are 100% wrong and they cannot add it on the account LOL. They must of caught on and she must of gotten a few calls from us. She was very excited about her words 100% wrong that you cannot add to the account unless you have bill of sale in hand and drivers license sent to them. Is it even worth calling in to try and get a new agent? Or should I just wait it out. What's the benefits of adding to app during the build?

Not worth the trouble for me. I had to call three times. They added it but I can’t see the location. They also screwed my email address up and I can’t change it without submitting bill of sale and drivers license. Now, if I were to be able to see the trucks location, it would have been worth it

Negative, i had it in the app but no location for close to a month, then woke up to a bunch of notifications and location working one day. Heres my thread with more details

Awesome. Thanks. Looks like several people said maybe someone has to start the truck after added to app to track. We’ll see. Hopefully the next start of my truck will be unloading it from rail car. Was shipped 2/27.

I just called, got my app set up in less than 5 minutes and location is showing at JNAP still, supposed to have shipped on 2/20
