JANUARY order updates!

Mine has been marked shipped since 2/24 but tracker shows delivery as TBD and has been that way since day 1. Waiting to hear from dealer today.

My estimated delivery date was TBD for a bit then updated last Monday with 3/17. Shipped date has been TBD since built and has never changed.

I’ve spent a decent amount of time trying to figure out the tracker on this forum. All I can say is there is hardly any consistency. One guy posted his truck still shows shipped TBD and he’s had it for three weeks!

I think ram gave up on updating mine also picked up Jan 10th still showing it's on the way eta TBD

I'm looking at the app and the truck has moved .3 miles the past three days at MD but fuel mileage/tank goes down 48 miles Also, odometer stays at 17

Wow. We shipped same time per the tracker but mine is still sitting at Sterling Heights.

Guess I just got lucky. Mine landed 6 days ago around St. Louis, waiting on truck transport.

I’ve got a strange one for you.

My truck according to the tracker was built on 2/26

I connected the truck to the app the day before on the 25th. There are only two recorded drives in the ram app. One on the 25th, one on the 26th. Both at this Advanced Parking Technologies.

The tracker shows shipped on 3/8 but the RAM app still just shows that the last recorded drive was on the 26th.

So what does shipped actually mean?

The only thing I can think of is that the last drive recorded on the 26th was it being loaded onto a truck and the truck just sat there waiting to be filled up for 10 straight days before leaving?

I dunno. Seems strange.

Did you connect it to the Dodge Ram app? Mine says built on the tracker but when i try to add it to the app it says i need to call an agent.

I've tried several times to add mine to the app by calling and I get different reasons every time why I can't add it.

Dealer just called, RHO was delivered about an hour ago! Scheduling pick up for Saturday.

Finally getting a break from checking the tracker every 30 minutes

Happy for you guys getting your trucks - and I know others are worse off than me - but what a CF. I've had the Ram app installed for three weeks and zero info. I had a late April ETA for a while, then it went to late March, then TBD. My truck was done on 2/25, and then supposed to ship on 2/28 - but every update from the dealer shows it in "mixing yard" status. Who the eff knows . . . but please roll the circus music!

FYI to this group. I'm using Kyle with KCCR Solutions to transport my truck from Mark Dodge to Missouri. If anybody else is headed up North from MD around the end of March, when my RHO is expected to be ready, let me know and the cost would be reduced. I'm looking at approximately $1,100. He can haul two on his trailer and it's a dedicate load and he has a good reputation through MD.

My truck was built 02/24 with a 03/8 ship date. As of Monday I’m in KZP also, with TBD ship date according to tracker and Mark Dodge.

Does anybody know if they still put the truck on a train if it’s going to Illinois. Was wondering if they maybe just put it on a truck to the dealer.

I'm using Montway - they were recommended by Koons. $780 from VA to OH - but not sure how similar/different that is from your distance.
