Does the 9 months refund count as the day it is dropped off at Mark Dodge? Not in transit or sitting at Stellantis waiting to ship...

It says "Vehicle fails to arrive..." So I would definitely read that as "on dealer pavement"

Yeah original date was the 10th but pushed back to the 17th a week ago. But still pretty close either way.

I would think this is correct, because mine has been stuck at Port Allen since 11/30/24 and I'm not able to negotiate trade or work on financing / complete sale until the truck physically arrives at the dealership.

I'd imagine its driver dependent. That white one is white knuckling it more than I'd be comfortable with.

I ordered it n April 27. Had DD of 1-17 and now all of a sudden it’s 1-27….sold the TRX yesterday…pretty ridiculous

Yep I sold too and now stuck with a rental. I agree that it seems like a month is excessive for inspection and delivery. I guess they are just dealing with tons of orders and can’t keep up.
