I = Inspection happens before it is released to shipping. This is part of the production stages.Yep I sold too and now stuck with a rental. I agree that it seems like a month is excessive for inspection and delivery. I guess they are just dealing with tons of orders and can’t keep up.
K = (group of all shipping status's) takes on average 21 days (out of the MD completed transactions so far)
Estimated Delivery Date on your tracker is generated by magic eight ball.
What is important is once it is on a train, what is the ETA of that train to get to it's final rail stop.
Once it is unloaded, there are no more incremental steps in between it being at rail stop, and being at Mark Dodge. It's less than a 3 hour drive.
Just takes them time to work through it all and get the vehicles to us.
We are turning them very fast, as we have an entirely separate facility to do PDI.
