Did you call and ask what code your trucks in Shaun? Only curious because we were scheduled on the same day Jan 6.

Did you get the bed utility group or any of the decals? They have to sent it to a third party vendor.

I got the bed utility group so I'm anticipating It to be in production for a couple of weeks

I have the bed utility package and it didn’t take too long but I guess it’s just random with these trucks.

Did it REALLY SHIP? I DO NOT trust the tracker.

yours was really fast
Build time - 13 to 16 = 3 days
Build to ship - 13 to 19 = 6 days
Ship to 'butt in seat - 19 to TBD = TBD days

I have been in builds since 1/17, already 2x as many days as you. However, the tracker updates seem to lag 2-3 days. i.e. it updated to ship 1/17 on 1/19, 2 days later.

My dealer says ship schedule is 1/28 - if true, my build to ship would be 17 to 28 = 11 days, we shall see.

As chip design engineer, my habit is to try and measure everything, including variance - mine looks roughly 2x yours.

Mine shows in production 16jan still. Dealer showed in paint as of last update they gave but that was several days ago.

yes bed group and offroad boards, so will have to be sent over to body vendor.

QUESTION FOR FOLKS WHO HAVE THEIR TRUCKS:

A bunch of us that have been waiting since April/May have finally entered production.

Curious how things went for most recent deliveries.

How long from production to shipped? i.e. how long did it take to build?
and
How long from shipped to butt in seat?

I don't think any info you get will be useful. None of this makes sense. I'm a May 10 order. Mine (black level 1) shows built since last Nov and shipped in Dec. I got the email weeks ago that it was sitting in "port" and then I just watch the delivery date keep getting pushed out every week. Mine has been sitting in Pearland for over two weeks now even though its a MD order and they are only three hours from the location. Current estimate is now feb 3rd. Feb 10 will be nine months to the day and I am sure it will show just before then because I now have a second order for forged blue and they won't want to give me my $1K deposit back on the original one.

You are talking about what the tracker says - I specifically said I don't trust the tracker. Trying to figure out 2 things
- I'd like to know what people WHO HAVE THEIR VEHICLES ACTUALLY SAW
i.e. production to ship, ship to butts in seats, can do that WITHOUT the tracker, but compare with tracker
- has the predictability gotten better?
i.e. For us early guys, we got screwed, water under the bridge
But for a more normal guy, say Nov/Dec orders, they seem to do better, but not sure, we only have a few months of data and 1/2 of it was over holidays, not sure holidays are good data

1st rule of thought experiment is collect the data, that is all I am trying to do

The dealer guys have different data than tacker shows -- they could do this easier, but we can do it too with some effort

They told me : "It looks like your truck is in transit to body vendor, but has not arrived yet" - Yesterday 1/22. Later came back and said it was scheduled to ship 1/28 -- next Friday

Tracker just says "In Production" but has an April Ship date --- not 1/28. I believe dealer, not this POS tracker. In fact I wish there was not a tracker if it is not correct. It's stupid for RAM to have that so screwed up. Eventually we all fill out reviews. Pissing everyone off because the tracker gives false info is stupid for them.

FYI - Anthony confirmed that truck is in KZ status - released and waiting for shipping. As stated earlier, looks like tracker is 1-3 days lagging.

i am in the exact same boat. same color truck, i was told i was at inspection stage a week ago, then still inspection stage today. After inspection it needs to get shipped to body vendor for bed utility and running boards...... ill attach my tracker for reference. still showing april 2 for delivery.
