Same for me. I had a red RHO arrive there a little over a week ago, low $70K MSRP. Trying to still potentially work it out, but unsure when I’d be able to pull the trigger as it sits there. Shocked it’s still there actually.

Not to pry - but is it concerns over reliability or some other issue? I'm approaching my decision date and all the issues being posted of late have me second guessing the whole thing . . .

Just spooked from all the posts about problems with the vehicle. I'll most likely order a 2026 if issues are worked out.

Smart, IMHO. There is a majority with few to no problems, but “feels like” at least 1 in 5 trucks has some kind of issue.

RHO is my 3rd Ram. Likely my last. Sad, as I really enjoyed the 1st two. My bad for buying the 1st year, though my wife had the 1st year of a heavily revised Jeep Grand Cherokee (new electrical architecture & heavily revised suspension) & zero problems over 3 years of ownership. So, you never know.

My current RAM has 70k on it and other than a control arm bushing it's only been to the dealer for oil changes.

im going to take delivery of mine as i have waited nearly a year. Seems like these trucks are either plagued or good to go so im hoping my truck is 4 of 5 that dont have issues. Im also hoping the 3 months of being built and inspection they were fixing some issues that trucks already made are having... who knows. Worst case i get a lemon and its in the shop all the time, ill sell it, turn a profit and buy a TRX . Not a huge hiccup in the grand scheme of things and always a backup plan.

“…turn a profit…”??? Enlighten me!

Im paying roughly $13k off sticker and these are super sought after trucks. IF i have issues and hit 6 months of ownership, i would have no issue selling it private party for close to sticker or more, therefore turning a "profit" . I highly doubt in 6 months of ownership the truck would only be worth what i paid for it ($13k off). It would be the least i could do after waiting a year and dealing with a gremlin truck for 6 months. i only say 6 months because most dealers make you sign a contract to not sell the truck within 6 months of delivery to avoid flippers.

I had that thought to wait for 2026 models but I know I won’t get another $12500 off. I sent a few people to my dealer for a similar deal and they arnt offering anything even close to that anymore. I know there are some dealers that still offer $9k off but that number is dropping

I wonder how much 26 models will go up. I thought about ordering a 25 but like others just worried about the issues and I know my luck I would have all of them 🤣

For me, no. Had more to do with having a perfectly good and nearly new trade in that has lost far too much value to make it make sense. So, my deal is in pretty bad shape, unless I buy outright, which isn’t in the cards with 2 mortgages I suppose

Did you receive your deposit back? I placed an order from them too and I'm thinking of backing out.

I’m not sure I understand why you wouldn’t get the same deal on a 2026. Seems $11-14k off is available without trying very hard. I really don’t think anyone is getting a “special” price, if everyone gets the same discount.

I love the RHO, but I’m on the fence as well. It seems foolish buying this truck when we all acknowledge these issues are consistent. I’m honestly hoping 2026 prices become available before my order gets built, as I’d consider putting in a new 26 order if they don’t take a huge spike in MSRP.

A lot of dealers are saying that the discount was for preorders only. Now that production started they don’t offer those deals. I know 5 dealer around me say either msrp or like $1000 discount now. There’s only a few dealers left that still do like $10k… plus they say with tariffs, it’s expected for MSRP to go up, even if they arnt effected they will probably pull that stunt to match other manufacturers price raising.

There’s no way of knowing what will happen in the future… but personally I’d hedge my bets on being able to find Ram deals next model year as well.

I found 2 local dealers that beat MD and other forum dealers without much effort. That might be because we’re getting close to model year, or late February was just a good time to buy… but they weren’t big name volume dealers or anything.

That would be on a case by case scenario most likely. And usually only after the vehicle sells to a new retail customer. In my case, I always assume the trade will be an issue, so I ensured to ask prior to placing the order. But outside of that, you’d have to discuss this with the manager you dealt with

dealers have been doing 10k plus discounts on trx orders since 2021 , same with HD models. i do not see this changing. Its literally MD and koons business model.

This surprises me. Were these trucks on the lot - or for an order?

The only thing that scares me (built a month still not shipped) to take delivery is all this talk about TRX and hemi coming back. If this is true what would the 26 27 etc RHO have? Would it be a lesser V8 Hemi than future TRX or would it stick to I6? Would feel dumb to have a first random year I6 RHO if 26 and on was V8. Just thinking down the road for trade in...who would want our I6 25' if all after ours went back to V8?
I'm not an engine guy so am I way off on this or do you think future RHO would stay I6 while TRX would be V8 SCHC again?
