What's new

Put a second order in for a RHO..

I ordered 10/21 and no movement as of now. I think the time to order was mid to late September

Keep us updated. If you don't get scheduled soon, that means RAM probably going back to early orders.

5/14 and 8/7 here, both in D

Supposedly I went back to D status from D1 and now I’m back in D1…. Think I’ll get mine? 🤨 Tracker never changed at all when reverted. Just continued to say scheduled. This is as of today too.
Something happened to me. Still no change though.....

For the RHO, all VINs will start with 1C6SRFUP. Then there’s a mathematically calculated digit (the check digit), then “SN” for the 2025 model year from SHAP. And the last 6 digits are the serial number, starting at 500001 for MY2025.
Since the RHO comes from a plant that makes other trims, the serial numbers are shared with the other trims. For example, serial number 512893 is a Bighorn.

Looks like the RHO orders weren’t accepted until Ram had 73,000 other orders in the system. That’s why the early THO orders start at 573xxx. The highest RHO serial number I’ve seen so far is in the 626 group, which is about 53,000 serial numbers (or 53,000 VINs) later. If that makes sense.
@Eighty have you seen any orders hit D1/Production that have a SN lower than 573xxx at this point? I ordered 5/1 but for some reason have a SN of 568xxx and I haven't seen any SNs under 573xxx move up the ladder. The SNs of RHO's in D1/Production are sequential by date (no later date orders have SNs lower than earlier date orders) and my SN seems to be lower than it should be. There are 573xxx SNs from 4/27 in D1/Production and I have a later order with a lower SN for some unknown reason. None of the SNs that appear to be out of sequence and under the 573xxx SN's seem to be moving. There are orders on the same day of my 5/1 order that are 573xxx and are already built and awaiting inspection - yet I carry a 568xxx SN. I think something is jacked up. I reached out to @AnthonyRI to see if he can shed some light on it.

My RHO is 3493 and is in production right now.

Checked both my orders and they are 566.. April 27th order
Any movement? Your SN seems to be out of sequence with other SNs from similar order dates just like mine. I ordered 5/1 and have a 568xxx for some reason - and there are 5/1 orders that are built awaiting inspection with 573xxx SN's from 5/1. From what I can see, all of the other RHOs in D1/Production have SNs that are sequential to order dates (no orders have lower SNs than other earlier order dates) so I am concerned that something is jacked up with my order. My order was confirmed by Ram on 5/3 which was that week that dealer orders were shut down for a few days due to something be messed up with the order system.

What are the 3 numbers directly after the 'SN' in your VIN, I don't think they can be 3493. And what was your order date?

I can't scan for anything other than Window Stickers anymore (thanks Stellantis). With that said, the lowest serial number I've found is 573274. I will run a scan down to the 568 group and let you know if I find anything.

My original order was 566 that was randomly cancelled 3 weeks after color change. I still have one 566 base and reorder L1 yesterday.

574105 is mine @Eighty , May 14

Much appreciated @Eighty!

I ordered 2nd day at 8am, 573 is mine

Just scanned from 568000 and up. Still nothing in the 568-572 groups. But I did catch SN573273, which is now the lowest serial number that's been stickered.

Thanks @Eighty - I sure hope I'm wrong and there isn't a problem with these RHO orders with out of sequence serial numbers below 573xxx that will cause my truck to not move forward. 🤞✌️

April 26, 2024

Need to start putting the year so when we get lapped into 2025 there is no confusion
