Put a second order in for a RHO..

Early order level 0 is brutal. I ordered in August but know this isn’t looking good. At what point do I have to bail as they are providing zero information on what’s going on.

You're not going to like Anthony's post on the other thread if you haven't seen it yet. It's sounding like it's time to bail if you ever want to see a new truck.

Yeah I saw it. Same info we’ve known for a couple months. Idk how much longer I’m going to wait. The value was there. I’m not seeing the value on other trucks out there. And i cant pay 10k extra for something I would use 10% of.

Interesting experiment. I like it. If they pick up your 2nd order, it would suggest we should cancel our early orders and start again. At this rate, it feels like we will never see these trucks.

Hey responding to you and Zgentry and many others that asked for an update after I placed a second order! I just check and my new order that I placed end of October now has a scheduled date for assembly 2 days ago! And May 8th order still has no movement.. exact same order but changed the color to forged blue instead of white.

Yes my second order I placed 2 weeks ago been scheduled also. Both my friends with April order still stuck confirmed.

I just check and my new order that I placed end of October now has a scheduled date for assembly 2 days ago! And May 8th order still has no movement.. exact same order but changed the color to forged blue instead of white.

That’s INSANE, just proves our April / May orders are forgotten.

I had 2 same date orders and one was cancelled by ram after color change. Placed new order 2 weeks that's already scheduled. The other April 27th order still stuck confirmed..

Yeah that was my fear and why I went a placed a second order :/ dealer told me there’s a chance it arrives for new years but most likely will be January. I’m excited all over again because I lost all hope after waiting for my May order.

Good on both you and @Dan G - nice move and glad there is movement for you. Just sad that we all have to play these games with Ram to get our damn trucks built. SMH

The more i read about this ordering disaster the more it blows my mind that a giant corporation can't keep tracking of orders and wouldn't realize that you build the first orders FIRST. how in the world does this "admin" issue arise in a company that big thats big around for this long. Its unreal to me that you are selling a $80K product, not a million of them, but hundreds, maybe a few thousand at this point, and you can't get the FCFS aspect of customer service. IT's NUTS!

Back on page 5 , post 66, I posed my second order got scheduled while the april order is confirmed. The second order is now in production., says a Jan 30 ship date est.

@AnthonyRI .....this is insane. Should we put in second orders? Does the current order have to be delivered within 9 months to get the $1000 back or just built?

from the paperwork i believe it is delivered within 9 months. so if you are not scheduled at this point and the factory closes for roughly 2 weeks at the end of the month i dont see how april orders will get there trucks by the end of january.
