Ram RHO Graphics Installed

I want to get aftermarket graphics too, was thinking Apex until I saw these! I would suck at installing them, did you go to a wrap shop, or how did you find an installer? I have a white on order, may copy you on the topo graphics, looks amazing congrats! I live in Houston, plan now is to just start calling wrap shops. Anyone know a good installer for these in the Houston area?
I ordered the hood graphics from Apex. I am not going to use it. I have it brand new, in the original shipping package, never opened. Matte black. Selling for $200 total includes shipping. Let me know.

Did it make it to you in good shape and un-creased?

Just got it back from the installer, graphic pack is from Rumble Wraps. 😎
That looks great on white. Has anyone seen an subtle graphics (like the topographic) on the XPEL PPFs?

I'm interested. I've just seen a couple of posts here where the decal arrived mangled and creased.
I opened it. It does have a super small crease in the corner. It's the way they roll it. I'm just going to eat the $200. The company doesn't even answer emails or phone calls. It's terrible. I'm about to trash them on this forum.

Why don't you submit a claim through your cc? It's not life changing money but I have a hard time letting people get away with taking it.

I'm going to try to call them again tomorrow but if not, I may.

Wait, so even after you applied a heat gun while laying it flat, the creases didn't relax? That doesn't sound right. What temp did you have your heat gun on and what method(s) did you use to relax the vinyl?

I emailed them to cancel my order and told them why, due to some orders arriving creased and an inability to contact their customer service. They responded within minutes on a Sunday morning no less. Hopefully you hear back soon but I had no problem talking with Apex.

Did they explain that vinyl is delivered in rolls so that it's protected? I just had $1800 in vinyl delivered and banged up on bottom (not from APEX), but everything is gonna be okay ;)

Vinyl is very resilient and self-heals quite well. Soapy water mix might be all you need much of the time, heat is the other component, along with understanding how to relax the vinyl prior to install. Relief cuts are also critical when dealing with large amounts and going around corners, bends and the like.

No, he didn't explain that specifically but did assure me that they try to safeguard their products.

I'll create a youtube channel "teaching a man to fish" LMAO

I had to learn everything before the world of youtube. It was lots and lots of books, then trying to put that into practical real-world knowledge. Lots of learning curves and so so so so so many mistakes. I'm hoping I can help some folks avoid similar pitfalls and losses.

I'd subscribe to that

Along those lines, when I take mine to the installer, should I take it out of the tube a day or so before to "relax"? Anything else I can do to make their job easier or better?
