Interesting. I have sent them couple emails one for the possibility to swap for the one with hurricane "O", one for checking the shipping status, and one for the installation issue I had. Never got a single response.

Along those lines, when I take mine to the installer, should I take it out of the tube a day or so before to "relax"? Anything else I can do to make their job easier or better?

I wouldn't worry about it, they'll have peel boards to work on it before they install. Peel boards are a hack that anyone CAN do but storing one can be a thing.

I don't understand it. After the quick cancelation of my order and another email from them, I went ahead and re-ordered the bedside graphic and asked about the availability of the hood graphic on the Etsy app and got a response immediately. Maybe they were a little bit behind before?
