Let me start by saying the truck is badass. That’s where my good experience ends. Picked up new RHO on 12/23. 12/24 noticed fluid leaking under driver side. Called dealer and brought it in. Turned out thermostat was broken. Kind of a bummer for a brand new 88k truck. Dealer returned car to me on 1/15. Drove for the first time after drop off today, filled with gas and hopped on the highway. 10 miles in, center console went crazy, gas gauge went from 388 miles left to 0. No fuel light on dash and every other light going off AMD truck had no acceleration, literally like it thought I was out of gas. I was going 75 mph in left lane and had to glide to right hand shoulder Turned it off, prayed, and started back up. It started, gas gauge went to 22 then gradually to 300…super scary and crazy activity. Called Dealer, who has been nothing but awesome and they just sent flatbed to tow it away. It was home for 1 day! So disappointed and disheartened that I might have a lemon. Just posting in case this happens to anyone else.

Like all new things, there are growing pains and yeah it sucks on our end but thus far it seems like dealerships and Ram has mostly been pretty awesome about getting us squared away. Sending you happy thoughts hopefully you are all sorted quickly.

Man I sure hate that for you. Sounds kinda like the one that stalled while going down the highway right after buying and he had to pull off before it came to a stop. Hydro locked. Dangerous. I don’t think his restarted, but I could be wrong. They gave him the money back towards a new order. I am prepared for things to be buggy, so much has changed with these 2025’s, but going haywire on a freeway in traffic and the truck dying is a whole other story. Waiting for mine to hit production, hoping a lot of this is worked out before I take delivery. I hope you have a simple and quick remedy.

I would say it’s a little premature to call it a lemon already.

Every vehicle has a chance to have something go wrong when it's new. I'm not gonna let it bother me from random people bad mouthing the RHO. I've wanted it since it was introduced so bad and just ordered a week ago. I'm soo freaking excited!

I have 590 miles and now every damn warning light to include check engine light has come on. Check engine light is still on now. Very frustrating especially when all the dealerships near me are booked up until February. Got me missing my old Raptor

a lot of guys who are having electrics/sensor issues - also noting dead/low batteries .... gotta wonder how many crappy batteries are causing issues. You'd think the alternator when running would keep everything green - but maybe this 2 battery system.

I’ve heard about issues with the auxiliary battery

Are you still driving it or did they get you a loaner through Feb?

It is parked in the driveway. I reached out to Mark Dodge and they are trying to help me get in to a local dealership in Florida. Should know more tomorrow.

Yeah mine didn’t crank over after it died, just one click sound and lights flashed and dash turned on and off.

Lemon my ass. You’re here to start bs. Unless you back it up with multiple issues, cry wolf.

And any warranty concern takes precedence over anything else. As long as the dealership knows.

Reach out to Ram Cares. I’m using way too much energy for this post. Hope it is real.

Took 1 issue 1 time to make mine a lemon 😂🍋

I will say it's shocking how many gremlins are out there - and some that are pretty serious. This exact engine/drivetrain as I understand it has been in the Grand Wagoneer since 2023. Plus, the regular Wagoneer has had the 3.0 since 2023 as well - I know because I have one. My point is that we keep saying "this is a new platform, so you have to expect . . .". Not trying to incite a riot here, but is that really true? I get that the RHO itself is new, but taking a 3rd model year engine/drivetrain and putting in a truck (which shares the Wagoneer basic platform) chassis that has been around at minimum since the TRX was released isn't exactly an all new vehicle.

I'm guessing a lot of the problems stem from the all new 'Atlantis' electrical architecture and the associated software programming, that and all of these apparent loose/bad wiring harness and electrical connections people are having diagnosed. I wonder if there are any commonalities/trends among the RHOs that are having these electrical issues as far as certain options/packages that could contribute to some of the software/electrical gremlins.

I tend to agree with you here. I’m going to give them a shot to fix the issues because the truck is beautiful. But if anything further happens after they attempt to fix it, I’ll likely trade it for a new raptor when my registration comes in. It’s paid off and I don’t want to loose too much money in trade value by keeping it a year and have ongoing issues. Additionally, the closest dealership is over an hour away from me. SMH

All lights, 1 click... definitely a battery issue

This is straight up facts! Trx chassis has been in production 5 years, hurrricane for 2 or 3, why the heck is it an excuse its a "new vehicle" "shit happens". This is the furthest possible thing from a brand new vehicle. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THESE ISSUES RAM.
