Ok I emailed the top brass, Christine Feuell at her gmail address on file [email protected] and [email protected] and didn't get kicked back, so must be valid email addresses.

The stellantis email was the one I used. And then heard from Brant a day or two later.

I ain't playing anymore, I hope to get some answers for all of us left behind. Honestly, I'm doing what the dealers are afraid to do and should do. CEO's get up everyday and shit just like the rest of us, they aren't better than any of us. I've learned if you want something done, you ask the ones that can get'r done.

I will make one suggestion.
If you are not speaking to someone who will give you their direct phone number for a callback, OR an email that has THEIR OWN NAME in the address itself, you have not escalated far enough into the ranks. All of the chatbots, social media responses, or people who have generic no-name email addresses.... they do not have any more information than you already have.

100% - My April 25th unscheduledorder feels the same. I never intend for my snarkiness, bitterness, anger and even disappointment to reflect on Anthony or Mark Dodge. I know Ram, however. They are slow to recognize problems, and even slower to fix them. In our situation, Ram likely doesn't even see a problem. Eventually model year 25 will end, and they will say "see, we built them all." Just feel fortunate that you are not getting any of the pieces of crap they have already built and released.

I had sent a positive but concerned email a few weeks back. A week later I started seeing movement and got a return email today that my RHO was built and shipped. If in fact this guy has the authority to make it happen then THANK YOU .. I believe Stellatis is going to get it together and get back to building trucks.
