Keep faith my man, the tracker isn’t updating right at all, mine says in production since 10/15 but didn’t update till today. I think there are going to be lots of surprises yet to come. I’ve just decided oh well every month that passes is just another 3k I get to put down on it. Lol

Probably should reorder now. Would be nice if we could Reorder without a deposit, but that probably ain't happening. Slim to zero chance April orders are getting delivered before 9 months so you'll get your $1,000 back. It's crystal clear that Ram has no intention of looking back and trying to pick up our orders. October orders getting built as I type. Very messed up. Ram doing it's absolute best to be Ram.

I know two people that ordered 3500 duellies that got them when the next model year came out. They did get the dealer discount that they gave for year end models. Pretty sure our orders in April beginning of May will get it... if I last that long cause I'm sure as hell not ordering a 2026.

I appreciate all the hard work and dedication that @AnthonyRI puts in for us. But honestly i did not order in april to get a truck a year later. Now seeing some of these granite crystal trucks getting scheduled ( that color has only been avail. For 3 weeks) is really giving me no trust that the april orders will get figured out until the very end. I want a truck so once my 9 months is up and no truck i will fully expect MD to order me another truck.

I know your dealer has reached out in the past, but maybe a fresh email checking on the April and May orders will trigger Ram to look at them.

Mark Dodge cares (alot). I dont want to speak for them, but i am sure it bothers them that a significant number of their custoners are upset. I am sure the fact that Ram is sending them a quarter to a third of their orders in the next two months helps numb their pain! Ram does not care. Ram will say "we are aware" or "we are prioritizing" but it's been over a month since Mark tried to intervene. Nothing seems to have changed.

My base truck was in Production this month. My original VON was terminated and was issued a new VON that starts with CN. I emailed Anthony and asked to put in the request to upgrade me to Level 1. He told me yesterday it was approved. I’m just gonna pay the extra $$ and hopefully the truck gets here sooner. It really sucked watching my truck go through all the steps on the tracker and then back to zero.

Nothing significant yet for positive change in info. We have had multiple emails at more recent intervals. I am not going to post here every time I send an email or talk about it with anyone... just to clear up that expectation lol - I'll share good news, bad news, but not there hasn't been a large sum in either direction lately.

As far as when do we refund/re-order:
- Our deposit policy is to refund if the vehicle shows up not to spec, over $1K in transport damage to us, or over 9 months. We are at six months. If/When we get to a threshold where it looks physically impossible for that range to be achieved, we will have individual conversations with those individual customers. We're not going to change and publish a different policy, conflicting with what thousands of people have agreed to. At this point, however, that's not the case.
- A new order is a new deposit. That's a 1:1 ratio that is necessary for a number of reasons given the work, costs, and risks related to this program and business model.

When you're already frustrated, it is very easy to find reasons to be more frustrated. We have a lot at stake here as a dealership as well on this particular issue - AND we have to deal with Stellantis on other issues that are equally as "fun". Right now, no one has their RHO. Heck, the youtube guy is back in D status again.

^^ This is ONE of the reasons why it is a 1:1 deposit to order, because we do not have the right to refuse or cancel an order, even if it was requested while in D status but the seven layers of beauracracy didn't get it done before the arcade-crane-arm called it into D1.

All of the digging I have done along with others and dealerships reaching out to get answers points to RAM not caring. I ordered in ND at a local dealership cause buying from another dealership doesn't give me perks like a vehicle to use if mine is being worked on and such. Anyway Mark Dodge being one of the largest dealers and from what I see does an amazing job with customers. If they can't get an answer after contacting their point of contact then I think we are just stuck. I would figure if they cared things would be changing but from past experiences of others and my experiences so far Early orders are screwed. It honestly maybe faster to reorder. Customer Care said they have no clue plan on by Q2 next year cause there is 0 info on my April 26th order

I'm in the opposite boat. My Raptor has 96K on it, the value drops SIGNIFICANTLY at 100K, and I rack up about 45K/yr traveling from MD-PA-WV-VA weekly. Hell I'll fly to Detroit and pick it up at this point, it's built and just sitting there waiting on more production to ship all the way to Louisiana, where I'll have to pay to have it shipped anyway.
