Once we get a Vin can’t change colors or anything right?
Technically once the order is PLACED, Ram does not have to accept any changes or cancellations.
We CAN request through D status (with VIN) but know that it is not a guarantee they'll take it. And it would expose you to price changes if thtre were any (none yet)
Never had a change in D1, I dont' ask once it gets there.

@AnthonyRI — question for you. My initial email from you guys included something about an extra 1% off sale price for affiliate. Can you explain what being an affiliate means??

Affiliate pricing is afforded to individuals that work for a supplier or partner company of Stellantis, with one additional category – members of Tread Lightly.

Tread Lightly is a non-profit organization that supports sustainable outdoor recreation, and due to their partnership with JEEP, members can get affiliate status on ALL CDJR vehicles.

Normally, this would mean 1% below FWP (Factory Wholesale Price, or Invoice price essentially). In your case, the Mark Dodge price is already beating that – so we can get you an additional 1% off OUR price if you qualify.

On the TRX and Hellcat, the affiliate was NOT available. But it is on all other trucks, and the Wrangler 392. At THIS moment it is NOT available on the RHO, but if it were to change, we would be happy to get you that extra 1%. So, it is a bit of a gamble if you’re waiting on a RHO, but take that for what it’s worth when you see the other discounts and benefits of the membership online. We will NOT know if the RHO becomes eligible until the first ones start rolling off the assembly line, which may be too late to sign up.

If you’re employed by an affiliate company on the list (https://www.fcausaffiliates.com/content/dam/affiliate-rewards/pdf/FCA-AR-CompaniesList.pdf) then you don’t have to do anything different at this time.

Here’s the catch – you MUST sign up more than 30 days before the arrival of your new truck. I cannot stress this enough, it is best to do it now if you’re going to – because otherwise you may forget, truck starts transit, and it’s too late!

Go to www.treadlightly.org

Sign up for the $100 membership

Save the “welcome email” that it sends you

When the truck comes in, we’ll walk you through how to get the control number which will grant you that extra discount!

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to give me a call or email back!

(And since I know someone will ask, if affiliate is not eligible on your vehicle no we cannot refund your $100 membership if you had signed up)

@AnthonyRI Total noob question,I’m planning on trading my Silverado for one of these… how does that work if I’m out of state?

First part is - we can't lock in a trade value in advance, but we can get a "today" estimate using your vin #, mileage, and photos. But it will change.
So I normally suggest doing that when your new truck is in production, we'll still be 3-5 weeks out.

Then you can get our value, which is at that point MORE stable but still not locked, and decide what's best to trade in or sell it outright.
If you want to trade it in, you've got to get it here - if you're within 250 miles we can drive new truck to you and return with your trade.
If you're within 500 miles I'd still recommend that you drive 250, we drive 250, and swap.
If you're further than 500 and planning to have your new truck shipped to you - you'd be paying BOTH ways, the carriers delivering your new truck aren't coming back to Louisiana.
In some cases, we can also coordinate with one of our wholesale partners closer to you, which may reduce your transport cost significantly, but may also change your trade value.

Overall, the more expensive the vehicle and the higher your sales tax rate, the further away you can be and still have trading in worth it.
If you have a $20K trade and you live in a state with 3% sales tax, you'd probably be better of selling it.
If you have a $60K trade and 8% sales tax, the radius of where it makes sense to work on transport gets much larger.

Thank you for the reply - with that said, would like to have a conversation with you about ordering and trading.

Does anybody know if Stellantis offers new / additional incentives ($$$ off or special APR) between now and delivery will people with exisiting orders be eligible?

It is reasonable to anticipate a lower APR. While we are all enthusiastic about ordering new RHOs, we must remain cognizant of the challenges faced by Stellantis and the broader automotive industry.

Ram is offering 1000.00 cash for a 2025 Ram 1500 must take delivery by 6/1. On Chrysler financial 6.9 across the board on all months…GM is offering 1.9 for 60 months as well as Ford…Was surprised that Chrysler did not match it…

Imagine the potential consequences if, unexpectedly, all these RHO orders were to be canceled. Competition among car brands may intensify, leading to more aggressive strategies to attract customers. In my opinion, brand loyalty may diminish as a result of this situation.

I highly doubt rates will fall enough to make a difference this year. This is why dealer’s have set up and thrown some serious cash discount along with 10 precent discounting by RAM on certain VIN numbers. If the VIN doesn’t work for the 10 percent then the 2400.00 plus dealer’s discount works just for Memorial Day to 6/1 A new round of incentives will be out sometime in the first week in June when dealers finished reporting VIN sales and remainder of 2024 inventory left on lot as well as orders on 2024 not delivered..Rumor has it dealers are being incentivized to take 2025 RAM trucks rather than diverting those orders…

That goes to say but you would lose your deposit for sure. Some here are asking anywhere from 500-1000 dallor deposit. So I expect these orders in the third quarter if Sterling does not walk off in strike..I know the UAW is itching for a show down with Stellantis over firing all temps with no other plant to go to after being a temp for 2 years or more…

6.9% APR is not going to cut it
To give you a idea just research 2023 Memorial day financing and dealer cash discounting on hoods. They were playing ball with the customer for sure..2.9 for 60 months if my memory serves me right..

I did see something new out there from one dealer He was offering employee pricing on all 2024 RAM 1500,2500,3500. I believe it was Rodger’s CDJR in Idaho Falls,ID Not sure if he included his 2025 Ram inventory he had I believe 4-5 there on his lot…
