RHO Orders @ Mark Dodge! $9K-$11K off MSRP

Wow, I don't get how April, May and June orders have fallen through the cracks but some October order are being built and some So Cal dealerships are expecting some unsold RHO's in the next few weeks. But of course, they are not giving any discounts. My patience is running thin.
If they're expecting unsold RHO's, then they placed orders with booger names on em.

salesman = booger
That will certainly add to the frustration on the long wait if/when these fake customer inventory RHOs are hitting the lot before the legit orders ..

Stellantis wouldn't really have a way of knowing, they don't prevent dealership personnel from buying Rams.
Booger move on the dealership's part, but that's all

They already are. Haven't you been following the other threads here?

@AnthonyRI Are we able to order badging for the RHO? I’m planning on having my truck delivered to a wrap company.

Picked her up today. Fit and finish looks great!

Oh I don't blame the dealerships as Stellantis has forced their hands with these Sold Order only launches. I am well aware of how it works in the industry. ;) So if you have any customer walk aways on lightly equipped level 1 or a base keep me in mind. Ill grab a flight and come get it .. :D

I sent the particulars to @AnthonyRI, but figured I would share this story with the group…to pass the time, as we wait for April and May builds… ;-)

So here goes…last night, I was unable to log into the RAM website. The system sent a “verify your email” message that was supposed to arrive within 2 hours, that never did. So I decided to contact customer service and did so over chat.

While trying to rectify situation (still can’t log in btw) I figured “what the heck, might as well ask about the status of my order”. I got the “you are scheduled waiting for production”, so I had to ask “what’s taking so long”…. After a few exchanges stating that my wait time falls within acceptable parameters, I typed “6 mos, really?” And the customer service rep shared they would escalate my request. I smiled, closed the chat down and went about my business.

Today I received an email… my VON, my VIN, but not my name in the email. If there’s a Donald B. on here let me know (won’t share the 7-letter long last name in the open).

Shared with Anthony…cause I don’t know, what are the chances that the May orders got all flipped around with those April orders!! (Please read with sarcasm and fun intended…again to just pass the time while I wait for the tracker to update and gain access to the website now too).

Hope you enjoyed
Alex

I meant to ask, maybe that’s my “booger” nickname! I know @AnthonyRI didn’t do it, so which one of you is messing with me! 🤣

This past week I saw my truck go into production with an estimated ship date of Feb 4th! The wait has been frustrating to say the least, but I logged on tonight to show my wife that it moved up to the 3rd and maybe I could see it a little earlier. When I logged in I don’t have a ship date anymore… I have a truck built Nov 21st 🧐

Wow!!! There hasn’t been a rhyme or reason to the production sequence! I just want to know when my truck is going to get here to I can schedule it to get wrapped!

Hey at least you can make plans to wrap it. What color did you get, and what wrap are you doing? What did they quote you if I may ask?

Picked up the RHO at Mark Dodge Thursday! @AnthonyRI sorry for the grab and dash. I had work commitments for the weekend that couldn't be avoided. I would have liked to have stuck around a little longer to get to know everyone better. I was there literally what? 30 minutes? Just a testament to how efficient the Mark Dodge operation is. In and out. Say thanks to Melinda and Robert for me. The trip home was uneventful however the first time I started it after I got home the engine light came on. Joy! Will try to figure that one out today.
