This is correct. Family member got me inDont you have to be former military, current miltary or work for DOH to open a Navy Credit Union acct. ??? Or family member? What am I missing?
I did the same. Picked up the check earlier this week. Hope the truck is here next week. Got the 4.8% for 72mo.I financed my RHO through Navy Federal, it took me about 5 minutes to get approved. I got a 4.8% interest rate at 72 months. I'll pay it off sooner but I like to have those extra buffer months incase something financial happens.
No, I did my application the day I got the call from MD notifying me that my truck was there. Are you guys doing the pre-approval option at NFCU? Truck should be at MD here in a few weeks so I don't have all of the final numbers yet.
Yeah, I just did the application for a few grand higher than I knew I needed to give me some head room. They give you a check and instructions for my dealer to fill out. I did validate with my dealer (Koons) that they would accept it. I’ll see what the dealer has to offer in terms of financing but this is a solid plan B.Are you guys doing the pre-approval option at NFCU? I financed through NFCU as well...Koons didn't even try running my credit as they knew they couldn't match what I was getting through NFCU....4.8 @72Yeah, I just did the application for a few grand higher than I knew I needed to give me some head room. It's crazy how we're excited about 4.8% now, when my current loan on the Denali is 1.94% originated in March 2022. Times they are a'changin.I financed through NFCU as well...Koons didn't even try running my credit as they knew they couldn't match what I was getting through NFCU....4.8 @72
When did yours arrive at Koons? Mine arrived in Baltimore rail yard on 1/4 and still haven't received the call to come pick it up. Hopefully a truck will get it down there this week so I can finally get it!4.79% for 72 months with NFCU. Picked up my RHO from Koons yesterday. Couldn't find anywhere that could beat that rate. You get pre-approved for an amount and they will either mail you a check or stop by a branch and pick it up. Then you write the amount for the total you need. Very easy.
I'm in the same boat. Mine was just north of Pittsburg on 1/2. I'm assuming they come into the CSX rail yard in Jessop and are trucked down. I haven't been able to figure out the trucking company. I found one that lets you search by dealer and vin but nothing since July for Koons. When did yours arrive at Koons? I think its 90 days.My truck is being built now, should I go through the pre approval process on navy federal or wait until it gets closer? I wasnt sure how long the pre approval lasts or takes. No
local branches of navy federal.
Thanks. I'll have to check. Should I even bother with Stellantis financial or not even close on rates ?I think its 90 days.
Pre-approval is basically instant while you are on the computer. Then, Mailing the check to you just takes a few days. Once mine went to shipped status and I confirmed the truck is on the train, I did the process. Got an email on Thursday 1/9 that the vehicle arrived at Koons and they needed 2 days to prep. Set up an appointment for Saturday and the vehicle was ready when I got there. Also, asked them not to put the dealer sticker on it and they were happy to leave it off. Talking to Brian, sounds like they have a bunch of RHOs all being delivered at the same time. When did yours arrive at Koons? Appreciate the info! Best of luck with your new truck.Got an email on Thursday 1/9 that the vehicle arrived at Koons and they needed 2 days to prep. DEFINETELY wait, unless you don't mind dinging your credit score multiple times. Life happens: delays, damage, failed quality, failed inspections and on and on. I find it best to have your info ready to go, get familiar with the process and it goes so fast anymore that it will be enough. My truck is being built now, should I go through the pre approval process on navy federal or wait until it gets closer? Did you finance through koons or had your own approval?Got an email on Thursday 1/9 that the vehicle arrived at Koons and they needed 2 days to prep. Own approval though Navy Fed. When they heard the rate, they said "we won't be able to match it" and the financing process went quickly.Did you finance through koons or had your own approval?
