Having just come from their dealership, I can tell you that even though Anthony can appear like he's omnipotent, the guy is only human. They were stuck in Lake Charles with bridges frozen over, which meant no trucks in or out (for receiving and shipping), they hadn't had running water in days, there were power outages in the area, and on and on. If all that wasn't bad enough, there wasn't a free spot anywhere on the property to put other vehicles and they were getting towards the end of the shell game. The sheer number of RHO's that RAM finally seems to have ramped up, plus other 2025's has them working crazy hours to just catch their breaths. I wouldn't begrudge them their humanity.
I always buy new, and Mark Dodge is literally only the second positive dealer experience I've had in 25 years. The first positive experience was employee pricing thing, it was only pleasant because they didn't care and didn't make any real money on the deal. Take that as you will. My MD experience was not without bumps and hiccups, but their incredible staff caught them and got me sorted without any headaches. This is a night day experience to all other dealer experiences I have had, which tend to start out VIP, and once ink is dry sours to vagrant on their property relationship. kidding...not kidding
