Who has the oldest unfulfilled order?

OK, so a couple of you placed orders before me. Fair, but my May 24 order was still in D - Status until Anthony cancelled it yesterday. Apparently that was a story too. 🤣 Fortunately, my 2nd order is on a train somewhere.
This seems like the RAM edition of "Biggest Loser".
At least you not like my brother's truck ram apparently cancelled his order because of unsuccessful L0 build but dealer tracker and his tracker still not showing even scheduled. His truck one of the first L0 to be build. So what ram did was build truck under different vin number and when dealer got it they had no idea whose it was and sold it to someone. Ram finally send him new order number and vin but it got stuck in paint for 4 weeks and they cancelled again and gave new order and vin number again.

He don't care because he didn't order truck for himself but still wow 😂

Some of you guys have 2 orders… do you intend to take ownership of both, just trying to see which arrives first, or for some other reason?

You get 1 order . Unless you hit 9 months of waiting like all of us in this thread and get your deposit back or place a 2nd order. I'm still on original order because placing a 2nd order didn't seemed beneficial at 9 months since i was in production but now I'm seriously considering it with my truck at inspection for 2 months.

a few guys have purchased 2 of these trucks for multiple properties in different states as well @eltaco

I've actually ordered 3 times. 🤣 Day 1 (4/25/24). When it was clear that Ram did not have line of sight on that order, I ordered again on Oct 31. Ram unilaterally added Level One to that order and the dealer couldn't / wouldn't price protect so I had to order again on 12/28. That order is in production with a 4/30 ETA.
Pretty sure you win the Biggest Train Wreck award.

Yeah.Probably only to get worse before it gets better. The 3rd order has been in inspection for going on 3 weeks now. Amazing how I went from "this truck is going to be awesome" on 4/25, to "whatever" 11 months later. Law of averages. Works out great for some, ok for others, and bad for a few. However, just so no one is laboring under any misconceptions, there is ZERO chance I am going to tell anyone (post sale survey or otherwise) that this was a good, or even ok, purchasing experience.

For real. Hard to be excited for something that takes so damn long. We were the early people , the most excited about the new truck that nobody knew about yet and now I'm like whatever I hope it's reliable when it shows up someday and not always In the shop. It's now almost dirt bike season and would like to use the truck i bought for hauling bikes and ripping the offroad ....hopefully it times out right and I don't get all the gremlins of others. If this thing leaves me and the family stranded it's getting sold and I'm buying a Trx or raptor R. Not playing the warranty bs game. My raptors were all flawless and all my buddies daily their trx with over 100k miles and zero issues. Really hope I love this truck. I better after a year wait.

I got my May 26th order mid January. Only 900 miles on now cause the weather in ND has been so shitty and now muddy as hell. Want to get the salt off before I start running it more. Other than that it starts and runs amazing, no issues

That's great to hear bro! Stories like this are what have kept me on board and from jumping ship to a TRX or R. I know forums are only the issues so i try to keep a good attitude! Once the truck shows up i pray to never be on here again. at least with issues. LOL

Right! Yesterday the wife and I went to town. On the way back to the families homestead I put it in sport and dropped the hammer for the first time. Stuck us to the seats... ya its fast 🤣. Also everyone from work drools over the interior, ya it really is worth it. Ran in auto with sport steering for the first 850 miles it still moves but throttle isn't as touchy so easier to do break in. Sport mode is a whole different sound and excitement so stay away from it for awhile 😂. Street steering is stiff so that's why I changed to sport for that specifically

I have a ten month old Tennessee order that keeps getting pushed back. Estimated delivery date has changed 8 times. Now shows ETD of Mar27. I have a $5000 deposit that is being held that I do not want to lose. I have lost confidence in this particular truck and do not want it any longer. Does anyone know if their is a deadline they legally have to refund if requested. There is nothing in my order paperwork other than non refundable

Sorry to hear about this. What does the dealer say about the status of your truck? My August 1 order says it’s TBD on shipping. The damn truck arrives at my house in the next few hours.

My L0 ordered May 8th arrived at the dealer on March 8th.

I already bought another truck, so…but 10 months!

At the dealer for warranty service, ran into another RHO owner. He ordered Nov, delivered December. L1.

Have you asked the dealer if they can refund your deposit?

Yes, but it’s been a while. I’m gonna try talking to him again next week. He’s not even remotely budged on that subject so far.

$5000 is a lot to lose to a dealer. Hopefully they can refund you since your order has been pending since 5/10 and still not delivered.

I ordered this truck in good faith expecting it to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2024. They said they would ship third quarter. I never imagined I would not get it before the end of 2024. I ordered it in good faith with full intentions of buying it. I never dreamed I would be where I am right now. What I have learned from this, and my advice to anybody else would be absolutely positively never ever Sign any type of an agreement about anything without a solid finite exit strategy. My exit strategy had a fatal flaw. My strategy was to drive the truck off the lot last year, but I didn’t have a termination date. Now I did ask him before I signed. what happens if they don’t build the truck and he said well you’ll get your money back, but the only thing that was not in that conversation was a time line.

My original May 1st order has been stuck on ‘Vehicle Built’ since February 11th, but no indication that it has shipped. Thankfully I’ve been driving my November 27th order around since January 20th. Worth the wait…

Whatever dealer you are working with sucks. I worked with a dealership in CA and they only took $1000. Mark Dodge also only takes $1000. $5000 is crazy, especially when there is no timeline for when you can refund. My dealership (Tuttle Click Irvine) said refund and cancel at any time, Mark Dodge does 9 months. Even more reason to work with one of these dealers.

May 10th, still not delivered. I gave this one up and got my deposit back.

My new order is at the body vender getting stickers and the bed liner. It's been a long process to say the least. Nothing makes sense as to when these go into production, how long it takes to build them, how long it takes to ship, etc. The old order was built in 8 days and took 2 weeks before shipping; still not delivered almost a month later. The new order has taken a month to build. Who knows how long it will take to ship and how long it will be before it arrives.

A friend of mine has almost the exact same build spec as my new one and his took 6 days to build, 2 days to ship, and 12 days in shipping before arrival. I think the only differences are he has the sunroof and bead locks. Good lord.
