Whatever dealer you are working with sucks. I worked with a dealership in CA and they only took $1000. Mark Dodge also only takes $1000. $5000 is crazy, especially when there is no timeline for when you can refund. My dealership (Tuttle Click Irvine) said refund and cancel at any time, Mark Dodge does 9 months. Even more reason to work with one of these dealers.

At the time I ordered the 5,000 didn’t bother me. I ordered the truck because I wanted it and it was reasonable to expect it to show up before the end of the year. I would have have wrote the check for 50,000 if they asked, my stance at the time was I wanted the truck and was going to have to pay for it sooner or later. Remember Ram said 3rd quarter delivery. Like I said in an earlier post. Big mistake never again. Not without a must be delivered buy addendum in the contract. Lesson learned, it’s not the dealers fault Ram has failed to deliver in a reasonable time, but the dealer could easily be accommodating and refund my deposit instead of holding my money hostage. He owns a dealership it’s not like he would have trouble selling it.

Exactly why I said the dealership sucks, not that you suck for ordering it lol. They should do the right thing and send you your money back.

The waiting game is torture. I’ve had a Raptor R order in since May 2023. Finally lost my patience a few months ago in December and ordered the RHO at the beginning of January.

I now have an RHO waiting at the rail yard to ship and a Raptor R set to start production on Monday

Man, my dealer took a $500 deposit. I had one dealer say he doesn’t even take a deposit, because he can’t legally keep it anyways. It really might be worth digging into the legality of holding a deposit on a vehicle that hasn’t delivered in this amount of time.

The Oracle, Mr. Anthony Boi, also just informed me that it's in JS status. No window sticker yet, however.

Mine was ordered in June. Is showing March 12 as the built day. Production had started in mid January. Shipping TBD.
I am not one of the ones waiting the most but when you see practically all of October to December orders filled, makes you think what the heck happened.

Original order May 8th hasn’t come in text Ordered second order later that came in December 30th and engine hydrolocked with an hour of ownership. Reordered January 9th with a 5/7 ETA but has been stuck in inspections going on 5 weeks.

I don't think min is oldest, May-10, just got built Mar-14, dealers thinks another 12-18 days until keys in hand -- but it's getting up there, just under 1 year, almost 11 months.

We will see, I don't trust anything RAM tells me at this point. They run their company like shit.

Some of you guys have 2 orders… do you intend to take ownership of both, just trying to see which arrives first, or for some other reason?

My first order arrives this week. I saved over 11K by ordering a second one from Jim Glover Dodge in Tulsa, so I'm not taking delivery of the first. The dealership from the first one won't budge off of sticker.

Some of these lead times are crazy. I guess I was pretty lucky. I got mine a few days shy of 7 weeks from order to driving it off of the lot. No deposit to order or anything. I hope y'all get yours soon!!!!

Yeah, they already have $2,000 in deposits from me, not giving them another $1,000. At this point (3 orders no truck) they need to get me a truck or give me back my $2k. Running out of patience.
