Guessing dealers are not widely aware of these issues. If they are, they are being quiet. Can you blame them? They have lots of ‘25 1500s & RHOs to sell. But a “known” issue with who? Dealerships or RAM? My RHO will be one of the first to hit my dealers service department so they won’t have any experience with it. I hope they contact RAM so they can provide this dealer with the “known” fix.
As you can read above from RADA, they didn’t replace anything so not sure dealers are aware of this known issue.
Stellantis is a huge corporation. Guessing everyone at Stellantis is not aware of the module issue. And, it seems not all ‘25 trucks have these issues (yet?).
It appears the only way to thoroughly troubleshoot is to tear down the truck and test communication between ALL the modules. Not a fast or practical solution.
If you find a dealer willing to go down that rabbit hole, know they will probably stop looking when they find the 1st problem as they won’t get paid to go any further. Will there be more bad modules? Who knows…
