Did You Hear That? 👀 RHO Exhaust Options are HERE!!

DIY install correct? No welding needed? You have install guide yet with what tools you need? When they will be ready to ship if I order today?

Yes, this is a DIY install! No welding needed. There are two clamps that will be reused at the inlet of the stock muffler, plus two cut points on the over-axle tubes. Clamps will be provided for the over axle connections as well. A basic socket set, a Sawzall, and an exhaust hanger removal tool will make removing the stock system much easier. Our production team is currently working on the first batch of Extreme mid pipes, and we expect to start shipping them by Monday or Tuesday. The Trail Rated version may take just a little longer to ship.

Do the clamps come with the pipe or I need to buy them. If so link to buy the correct ones? I am ordering the extreme. Next week is faster than I thought. My truck should be at dealer any day now so just gathering some parts to have ready for her to show up.

All the needed hardware including clamps will be provided in the kit!

In both videos, the clips on the highway are identical, so not sure how to discern between the pipe offerings.

We try our best to capture the unique sounds of each exhaust, but some of the finer nuances can be harder to capture in the video compared to hearing it in person. That being said, cruising at highway speeds, the Extreme provides a more noticeable hum of the engine behind you, whereas the Trail Rated is a bit more subtle and stays quieter during cruising. The Trail Rated only raises the exhaust volume when you give it more throttle, while the Extreme has a more pronounced sound, especially at steady speeds around 70-75mph. Both systems still let in plenty of tire and wind noise, but the Extreme is louder and more noticeable at those speeds, while the Trail Rated offers more of an OEM-plus cabin feel with a quieter overall presence.

I think what he’s saying is they are actually the same exact clip in both videos.

That's exactly what I'm saying. They aren't different from what I can tell. Please advise.

Looks like there was a small mishap this morning in the rush to get the interior videos published. The video has been corrected with the Extreme highway footage. Our apologies!

Thank you for pointing that out! My apologies. The video has been fixed with a corrected link with the proper highway footage.

Like how you had the interior sounds but with the exterior video. The extreme does not sound crazy loud on the inside. Wish there was an interior clip showing a full throttle pull.

I’m still reviewing all of our footage, but I quickly pulled two clips from when we test drove the Extreme exhaust with the owner of the development RHO. Expect more sound clips to be coming your way in the next few days!

Look forward to listening to them and getting the pipe delivered in a couple of weeks.

Perfect, thank you

Might be a dumb question but I've not bought new vehicles in the past. I'm assuming installing this will void your warranty?

If you're new to modding vehicles this is a good place to start. Short answer - no, they can't void the warranty unless the specific part caused the problem. Nobody is gonna hassle you over an exhaust, but a tune or aftermarket FI, etc will carry higher risks.

We don’t conduct dyno testing for horsepower gains, but removing the bulky stock mid-muffler reduces back pressure, allowing the engine and turbos to breathe more freely. Modern vehicles typically don’t see significant horsepower increases from bolt-ons alone until a tune is applied. A tune helps recalibrate the truck’s computer to fully optimize the benefits of performance upgrades. Without tuning, you may notice a slight improvement, but the real gains come when the ECU adjusts to the new airflow dynamics.
If you don't perform dyno testing for HP, then both pipes are designed exclusively for sound vs. performance?

Also, if you aren't monitoring HP before and after installation, how do you know your changes aren't reducing HP?

Thanks!
