Not a problem, just hoping all of us emailing them gains traction.
I’m not sure if we have an exact number or percentage. If anyone does have a rough idea, feel free to chime in.Curious - do we have a count (in addition the count we have from Anthony) of how many of us are April/May orders? About to send email and was thinking I start it out with “I am one of the X May/April orders….”
That’s exactly how I feel currently as well.Just sent an email. I also called yesterday. I've been in the camp of "be patient" until this month. Now I'm in the camp of "there's an issue with my order or the process, and I need to know which."
I just sent the email. Thanks for the info. This is for all of the April-May orders just like myself
(May 7th). I recently emailed Ram trucks CEO, not expecting any type of reply. To my surprise I did receive a reply from Brant Combs (Ram Brand Manager). We emailed back and forth and I expressed my concern with the April-May orders seeming to be left behind and forgotten. He took my VIN and Dealership I ordered from, and was waiting to hear back from scheduling.
Thinking we may get more traction on this if more of us email him with our concerns about our trucks being skipped over. Or at least we can get some communication into what may be the holdup. Thanks
Brant Combs

I talked to RAM customer service yesterday. She said she will open a case, mind you this is the 3rd case. I just hung up the phone on her once she told me that.Anybody receiving replies from these emails?
RAM customer service just ignores phone calls. I’ve called 4 times. No response.
If someone gets a response or explanation from these email links for these delays please POST here for us.
The silence indicates a lack of concern.
Thanks
I can't imagine we'll get a response. If your CEO forwards you an email, you respond. If a bunch of angry customers start emailing you directly, you probably just forward to the same service team who hasn't been answering anyways.Anybody receiving replies from these emails?

What really sucks about the whole thing is it’s nothing new for Ram. I did some digging in the TRX forums and early order guys were in the same exact boat as us. Some guys got a truck in a couple months. Others 10-12 months. No rhyme or reason to it.Sent an email as well yesterday, we'll see what happens. Like everyone else on this forum, it's mind-boggling as to how they're filling these orders and the fact that no one in the entire world can say why?
They don't give a fuck.Anybody receiving replies from these emails?

Miracle for some maybe, mine still sits with nothing. I am buying a new trailer tomorrow which will need a new truck to pull. I wanted it to be my RHO but it is looking less likely by the day. It’s a Christmas miracle. Is this the start of progress on April-May orders?
Yeah I hear ya. I’ve been without a truck since May. Won’t make that mistake again. I’m over driving my civic all the time.Miracle for some maybe, mine still sits with nothing. Congrats! Not as big as a miracle as yours, but, they approved my color change request!! So something is happening, someone is looking at May orders…It’s a Christmas miracle. Is this the start of progress on April-May orders?
Thanks. Hey that’s a step in the right direction. Fingers crossed our orders are finally getting attention.Congrats! Not as big as a miracle as yours, but, they approved my color change request!! So something is happening, someone is looking at May orders…View attachment 1511
What state did you order your second truck from? What dealer?Well...
My May 10 order is still stuck in D with no movement.
I just placed a second order with a local dealer who was able to match the large discount from my first order. On top of that, I’ll save $1,800 in delivery fees, so that’s a big win.
Now, I’m just hoping and praying that the first order doesn’t get built and shipped in the next two months so I can get my $1,000 deposit back. Maybe I should email the Stellantis contact and ask for the opposite?
By the way, are we still seeing a two-month lead time from order scheduled to shipped to the dealer? I hope this is the case
