This video was posted in the media thread but I started watching it and the RAM representative was introduced as Brant Combs. Same guy we’ve all been bombarding with emails let’s move this to the TFL comments section

Nice they had a RHO in Forged blue color.

I like the color but I thought it was too close to black/not enough blue.

I was thinking of switching but happy I stuck with silver. Kinda boring, but silver/black combo is still a good one, IMO.

I’m with you. It is a great color, almost thought about changing from white, but then it doesn’t have enough contrast for my taste. The silver is sick, I almost got it.

Even Tim is having trouble getting his RHO! It's been over a month ago that he said his truck was coming soon!

Crickets......all we are getting is Crickets. I haven't received any emails and I'm guessing nobody else has either. Still no update with my May 12th order.

I have been over a week calling RAM customer service.

I’ve had no replies.

Been disconnected too. Though I’ve always been very nice to the operators.

Can’t get any wandered as to my May orders.

See many much later orders shipped and delivered.

I’ve seen bad customer service but RAM wins the award hands down as No 1 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I only persist because I like the RHO on paper theoretically and the reviews online have been very good

***If RAM thinks their RHO product IS SO WONDERFUL that they can mistreat customers with impugnity they are delusional.

They broadcast to paying customers by these actions that they have no care or concern.

They have no valid answers. Nor care to give any.

The whole order system is broken/bankrupt at Ram.

My order date was April 29th. The build date was November 1st. Things are progressing albeit very slowly!

Here is what I got back from Tim (Pickup truck + SUV talk)

"Hey Joe, just a quick update on this. I was at event this week and Tim Kuniskis was there. He is the new Ram CEO that used to be the old Ram CEO. Anyway, he hasn't gotten his RHO either and he ordered it back in April/May. He was pretty fired up on the delay and plans to get after the plants to get production going much faster. Just thought I'd pass it along."

I'm glad he did talk to him about the delays and it is surprising that Tim K. didn't get his either. The good part, Tim K. was a victim of these delays and I hope he get this fixed.

At the present time I have no new updates to provide regarding your factory order. Due to the length of the vehicle in the milestone, I have involved our internal resources to assist in getting further review on the build of your 1500 RAM Truck."

I'm not sure if anyone else got the same thing

And yet every V8 worshiper will tell you Tim Kuniskis had nothing to do with the Hurricane or the RHO, lmao he's the one who introduced the new lineup!

That’s s far the furthest we have gotten. I tried RAM customer SUPPORT ANDWAS TOLD DO NOT CONTACT THEM AGAIN. SHE SAID THEY WILL NOT REPLY TO ME
