What's new

For the April-May Orders. Ram Contact info

So, I have to ask, any of you received an email offering you “coverage of one month vehicle payment and extend a maintenance package” and on top of that asking for “a credit card or bank statement detailing payment”.

I wish I could tell you I am making this $#!t up, this is in response to an email I received from Stellantis, with my VIN/VON in subject line, but not addressing me by name. Once I responded calling out their mistake they opened a case - gave me the number and I didn’t think about again. Until this evening when I received an update email with an apology and the offer above.

Needless to say, forwarded to Anthony but figured I would share in this thread as we were discussing emails …..

Just odd….

Just the language used and the strange pattern of capitalizing the word “Do”, it immediately screams SCAM to me. And asking for a credit card? Sounds fishy.

This is interesting... I just pulled some numbers of E-Shop.

1500 models - 1794 Hydro blue trucks are available for sale out of 68019. RAM definitely does not like building Hydro blue or there is a shortage

INTERESTING. ALTHEIA ("truth" in Greek) told me NOT TO CONTACT HER AGAIN.

I should cut and paste her reply (IF indeed it is human and not AI).

She said she would not reply. In other words, I was told to get lost. :)

I was very nice too in my email conversations with Altheia and corporate contacts.

I've emailed all the emails we have been given to corporate. NOTHING.

I will say that COMBS did contact the original emailer to him and that person's truck was moved up.

The plant will close for Christmas soon.

Here ya GO! Will post.

First email . . . as follows (cut and paste):

"Thank you for contacting RAM Information Center.
Congratulations on your new build! This is very exciting!
This is a courtesy email update regarding your 2025 RAM 150 RHO factory order status.

My name is Althea, and I will be monitoring your vehicle order throughout the build process. I have opened this special tracking file to provide you with available status updates along the way.

I see your current status is waiting for production to begin.

There are many factors that come into play as we build a vehicle. Even though you may have the same make and model as your neighbor, when you order your vehicle, your specific configuration may be different. What I can tell you is your vehicle is tracking according to our guidelines and has met each milestone as expected.

I am now reviewing this concern to assist with a quicker resolution. As soon as I have further information I will reach out to you, or every fourteen days if there are no changes.

If you would like to track your order online, you can use your VON and our website

If you have any outstanding questions or order update inquiries, we do encourage you to reach out to your ordering dealership for the fastest response possible. Additional email communications provided to this email are un-monitored and will be responded to once additional updates are available to share.

Thank you for your loyalty and we’re proud to have you as a member of the RAM Truck Family!"

Another email after my reply to the one above:

"We understand that having your vehicle built is an exciting time, but may also be a frustrating one. The milestones shown on the tracker are not the only stages your vehicle moves through throughout the build process, but rather takes these stages and groups them into the 5 main milestones. We are able to look at the amount of time your vehicle has spent in a milestone and determine if it is in jeopardy of exceeding expected timeframes.

I want to assure you that I am now coordinating with our team regarding this matter and keep you posted for new updates of your vehicle order status.

PLEASE notice that "Althea" says that any more emails are "unmonitored." Yet, she/it replied twice to it. I can't find the one where she/it said will not respond ( receive tons of emails per day). I'll keep looking. Maybe that response was recalled?? I added the BOLD ITALIC to highlight some things.

So she told us to contact the dealership. Combs ([email protected]) never replied to me; nor Fuelle. These were "hail Mary" pass attempts.

FCA / Stellantis has been sending these canned emails forever across all their brands. Don't take anything in them too seriously. I hope you get your truck soon!

Pretty much a copy paste of the response I got also. Maybe Althea is actually A.I. Thea

I understand that this has taken longer than expected, and I appreciate your patience and understanding. I want to assure you that I am diligently working to resolve this matter

All concerns of those who order in April and May but are still in D status could be possibly resolved by explaining the reasons for the hold up.

RAM just explain your process!!!! Simple.

As buyers of a RAM product who placed money down /deposit we should receive an explanation

An explanation is NOT asking too much or unreasonable.

Also. Explain why much later orders are already in production

SILENCE just alienates good customers and Stereotypical responses like we are receiving only further alienate those who ordered.

Altheia or whatever this person name is, decided to close my other cases that I opened and wanted to focus on one, lmao.
Yeah.. you can focus on deeez nutz
