I see your current status is waiting for production to begin.
There are many factors that come into play as we build a vehicle. Even though you may have the same make and model as your neighbor, when you order your vehicle, your specific configuration may be different. What I can tell you is your vehicle is tracking according to our guidelines and has met each milestone as expected.
I am now reviewing this concern to assist with a quicker resolution. As soon as I have further information I will reach out to you, or every fourteen days if there are no changes.

We understand that having your vehicle built is an exciting time, but may also be a frustrating one. The milestones shown on the tracker are not the only stages your vehicle moves through throughout the build process, but rather takes these stages and groups them into the 5 main milestones.
We are able to look at the amount of time your vehicle has spent in a milestone and determine if it is in jeopardy of exceeding expected timeframes.
I want to assure you that I am now coordinating with our team regarding this matter and keep you posted for new updates of your vehicle order status.

PLEASE notice that "Althea" says that any more emails are unmonitored. Yet, she/it replied twice to it. I can't find the one where she/it said will not respond ( receive tons of emails per day). I'll keep looking. Maybe that response was recalled??
So she told us to contact the dealership. Combs (
[email protected]) never replied to me; nor Fuelle. These were "hail Mary" pass attempts.
