I have a a scheduled date!

Anthony, any idea why the guy that ordered in May, then 4 days ago requested a color change and is scheduled? Should we be concerned about these May orders not getting looked at? @AnthonyRI
Bad luck.

I ordered on 5/8 and went “D1” on 8/26 but haven’t moved since. I doubt if I’ll get mine this year but look forward to all the content when some of y'all get yours.

I ordered beginning of August and was scheduled at the end of August, now back in D status as of a week ago....... so movement, but the wrong way lol.

Checking back into the group after it had been quite some time!

Unfortunately no movement on my RHO Order…

Is it just me or is it WILD that RHO decals totaling $1390 is one of the main deciding factors for being scheduled?! May be randomized production but a large sum of the vehicles do not have any of the decals.

I still don’t regret my decision, but maybe RAM should’ve created a full-time decal department lol!

Impatience at its finest, anyways I’m sure I will see some movement hopefully before the end of the year!

They actually have a full time decal department. Well, it’s a full-time accessory installation department. It’s called the Mopar Body Shop (or Body Vendor). This is done after it comes off the assembly line. It’s where they install tonneaus, Rambars, decals (including the hood scoop decal), running boards, bedliners, and a few other items I can’t remember right now.

Thanks Eighty, should’ve clarified my sarcasm more clearly.

But yes, all the more reason to add to the shared anxiousness.

At the end of the day, it’s all about getting the job done the right way the first time! Just hope I get some additional communication about next steps soon

Yeah, the communication part in such a connected world is REALLY off putting.

How hard is it to send a monthly update to people who got in line early. May 26th here and nothing but crickets.

Really want this truck, but man they are not making a fan out of me with how they’re handling things.

I was also thinking about this. It'd be great if they could just tell us: Bed power? Back of the line. Black paint? Front of the line. Anyone who ditches their running boards gets the truck quicker, etc.

For what it’s worth, you are not Ram’s customers - the dealers are their customers. Ram does not deal directly with the buying public.

That's actually a great point. This is something Tesla got right: Direct to consumer sales. Now, their service departments could use some work, but buying a Tesla was the best car buying experience ever. Dealerships really just get in the way these days.

QUESTION: Is there an RHO owners manual out there yet? For those of us waiting. It might be constructive to start studying the owners manual. Maybe discussing that with each other vs. just bitching about how screwed up the RAM order system is.

Seems like something that should be attached to the 'your truck is being built' email. But there might be some folks with RAM connections here that could possibly get a PDF of the owners manual.

Have you seen the decals on Etsy? I am so mad I ordered my rear decal from the dealer.

Any of you guys have decals? I am hearing that's the issue with some early builds.

Everything has been speculation since Stellantis can't be bothered to give updates on product lines

D1 status aside this is a super interesting view of the appetite for graphics. Not at all what I would have expected seeing the largest subgroup choosing neither graphic.
