Invited to Beta Test the Diablosport Cat6 inline module

Is everybody still happy with the Diablo sport, any pros/cons? Does anybody know if it’s similar to the jb4 that if there were to be a warranty issue they wouldn’t be able to tell from the computer in the truck?
Great questions. I wish Diablo better explained their tuner and what each level provides on their website.

I’m also following this thread closely and curious how things are going for others who’ve done it.

Have you noticed any CELs after the tune? When you brought it in for service, was there any indication from the dealer that a tune had been applied?

Beyond that—any concerns or surprises? Or would you say this is just how Ram should have delivered it from the factory to begin with? Meaning: it just works, improves throttle response, adds power, and feels like the way it should have been out of the box?

For those of us not thrilled with the stock responsiveness, would you say this upgrade is a must-have?

I still love mine and can’t imagine the truck without it. As noted before , the truck is amazing stock, it just puts the icing on the cake. :) The pedal control makes the very lazy throttle much more responsive…it’s not adding power but it gives it that feeling.

I finally installed mine last Sunday, definitely a nice bump in power. I actually appreciate the throttle sensitivity adjustability more than I thought I would.
Had a CEL at first startup, I forget what it was, but was power related, cleared it and never came back. It was 100% related to disconnecting the battery.

I haven't had a single issue since install, and am very happy with it.

Have not brought it in for service. personally, I think you'll be ok bringing in the truck with the truck put back to stock, although I cannot guarantee that.

Only things I wish this offered is data logging and the gauges. @RamFan since you were invited to test, do you have any idea if this is something they'll offer?

Yes the cel was definitely battery related and the pedal adjustment does wonders! What map are you running? Im on 2 99% of the time.

I heard they were going to introduce data logging but nothing about gauges.

Running around on level 3 today and it’s incredible when you stomp on it around 20mph and the damn thing pushes you back in your seat and has a bit of torque steer too! It’s crazy fun.

Unfortunately my mileage dropped below 11 today. 😂

Been running map 3, I keep it pretty tame most of the time unless I specifically go find some open road

Do you guys leave the cat6 on all the time or just run stock mostly and then turn on one of the maps when it’s time to have a little fun? Also, if you’re running on map3 but driving normal will mpg be similar to stock?

All the time.

I don’t know, I haven’t had an economy, egg under the gas pedal run. I can’t imagine it would be much different if you’re not into it.

If I just happened to have a Cat6 in my garage waiting to be installed, I'd be really excited for this coming Friday.... lol

I KNOW, you’ll love it!! Place you pedal commander on 3 or 4 regardless of the tune you choose to run. Excited for you!!
