I figured . Just wishful thinking on my end. So annoying that the trucks are built and just sitting there. Also would go pick the thing up if I could only 3.5 hours away.

Same for me. Received access to the app two weeks ago when I called in. Have not been able to track or receice any health info. I do know the truck has been started and driven since then. The dealership had informed it is off the train and at the local railyard waiting on the final truck transport to the dealership which are only 3 miles apart.

How did you find out that it had been started/driven? Does the dealership have access that we don't have?

Does window sticker mean you officially shipped? I’m also wondering if the “low fuel” messing with the location updating?

Nope. I have had sticker for 3 weeks+ and mine still hasn't shipped.

I don't think so. Just means it's built. Tracker also just says built. Not shipped. I'm curious if it's out of fuel too haha

Also just for fun clicked on my window sticker and it finally showed up… would always just be blank whenever I clicked on it.

Some of us added the vehicle to our Ram app. This allows us to see the last location the truck was driven.

Yeah - I did that almost a month ago and nothing. My truck was built the 3rd week of feb.

For the truck to get off the rail car, it would need to be started and driven off and be parked at the final staging area. Where it is now waiting on the truck transport to deliver to the dealership. (Only need to transport it 3 miles) Yes the dealership has more detailed info then we have. I was contacted by my sales person last Thursday informing me of the updated shipping status.

LOL - unless it has a dead battery and needs to be pushed/towed! Sorry, I couldn't resist . . .

hey!! i added the truck to my app but it just spins!
