update as of this morning! the app shows my truck at the railyard in Columbia, SC now im waiting for transport to the dealer ! im literally an hour away from the location!

Good news, dealer called and my RHO is at the dealer! Bad news…. They said it showed up with dead batteries…… sooo that’s great. They’re on the phone with Ram engineering trying to figure out what’s going on. After all this time and might not buy it now. Hesitant to drop that amount of money on something already with electrical issues.

I don’t blame you, seems like they all have something wrong with them. I’m hesitant about my order.

I got 2 appointments this weekend one with tesla (to appease the wife) and one with Maserati. This RHO for all of us that the truck is missing in action has all indications of becoming a headache. Information is insufficient, and is just a trash system. I'm giving it a short time to think about it, maybe a week, if I like some this weekend I will be pulling the plug next weekend.

Where you at? I’m an hour from Columbia, too, and I have yet to see another RHO anywhere. First time I saw one was when mine rolled up to my house.

This is my fear. I've had the Ram app installed for a month - and my truck was built a month ago and nothing. My guess is the batteries are dead and therefore it can't transmit any info. I can't imagine a finished, inspected truck sitting around for a month and no one started it. Not looking good . . .

Must be the same for mine. Been sitting apparently untouched at the Jefferson North Assembly Plant for 12 days now.
