got my weekly update from my dealer, sounds like its been transported via train already and is just waiting for the transport truck to pick it up and deliver it to the dealer. potentially could arrive next week!

I have the hood graphic and bed utility group. No bedside graphics or tonneau cover.
My brother ordered same date as me, he did not get the bed utility but did get hood + bedside graphics. His vehicle showed up to the dealership a few days ago.
Yes, all I saw was the first update at the rail yard and the ln MD. I was checking a few times a day.

Yday I asked my dealer if there was anything he could do to find out the "why" behind my 30 day KZLD status - which appears to be pretty unusual. LD seems to stand for "Long Delay". I thought my question was reasonable given that my truck was built and passed inspection a month ago. I told them about my concern being amplified by the fact that my Ram app doesn't have any movement showing up - and it can't locate the truck.
The dealer's response was that they can't control Ram or force them to bring trucks to their dealership - neither of which I asked them to do. I just asked if someone could help me understand what was going on beyond giving me KZLD status. He added that the Ram app is only activated upon delivery. So for all of you that think your Ram app is working and that you can see the location of your truck, it's either an illusion or your phone has a virus.
I feel much better about everything now.

I would like to think the app is not working, so I would get the truck. But mine is very accurate on the location. When I thought the vehicle got loaded I a truck my tacker updated the next day. Think it varies from truck to truck.
App works flawlessly and truck is in transit. Lol. Been 100% accurate every step of the way. ....oh wait your right a virus took over my phone and was faking it the whole time bahahaha . I need to get off this forum for awhile. Lose brain cells every time i get on.

Same for me...I need to stop looking on here everyday since there has been no movement on mine for over a month now sitting there built. First time ever ordering a car/truck and probably wont do it again unless I really want something again...Mine was built Feb 22 and haven't moved any status yet per the dealer. Is this something to worry about or is this normal? Custom shop has to do Decals/Bed Utility and its Lvl 1. I'm doing a different tonneau, tint, and power steps at dealer. Even more waiting once it gets to dealer...again probably just stay offline and do something else for awhile lol

Sometimes I think the tracker site is just making this whole wait harder. Other days, I am thankful to have some idea where my truck is in this process. I am definitely glad that I don't have the tracker and the app. I'll just wait for the phone call from the dealer saying it's there, which I'll probably miss/decline figuring it's telemarketing
, at which point I'll realize it and call back only not to be able to reach someone immediately

I have been focused on "improving my foxhole" and accumulating goodies in the meantime, but I've gone a little overboard perhaps and now the size of the pile has my wife and I exchanging awkward glances in the vicinity of "Mt. RHO."I’m right there with you. Mine was marked built and shipped on 2/24 and per the dealer it’s still in KZP status with no change. The dealers for RAM have been some of the worse I have ever health with and really was the holdup for me getting another RAM. My wife has had Lexus vehicles for almost 12 years and we only buy her Lexus because the dealers have been the best of any we have used or visited. I’m still on the fence if I’m gonna take delivery or try to get a GX550.

I think my wife's favorite feature of our garage right now is my stack of 35" tires/wheels WITH a pallet sitting on top of them. I bot some Final Edition beadlocks and wow - you don't realize how big & wide these tires are until you see them stacked close to 6' high. I need the pallet to ship the OEM ones to someone after I swap them out. Let me tell you - that stack looks really nice!Sometimes I think the tracker site is just making this whole wait harder.
