Same for me...I need to stop looking on here everyday since there has been no movement on mine for over a month now sitting there built. First time ever ordering a car/truck and probably wont do it again unless I really want something again...Mine was built Feb 22 and haven't moved any status yet per the dealer. Is this something to worry about or is this normal? Custom shop has to do Decals/Bed Utility and its Lvl 1. I'm doing a different tonneau, tint, and power steps at dealer. Even more waiting once it gets to dealer...again probably just stay offline and do something else for awhile lol

I have these exact options and mine has been sitting in the same spot for 17 days now. Definitely wish they could at least tell us why it’s sitting

Yday I asked my dealer if there was anything he could do to find out the "why" behind my 30 day KZLD status - which appears to be pretty unusual. LD seems to stand for "Long Delay". I thought my question was reasonable given that my truck was built and passed inspection a month ago. I told them about my concern being amplified by the fact that my Ram app doesn't have any movement showing up - and it can't locate the truck.

The dealer's response was that they can't control Ram or force them to bring trucks to their dealership - neither of which I asked them to do. I just asked if someone could help me understand what was going on beyond giving me KZLD status. He added that the Ram app is only activated upon delivery. So for all of you that think your Ram app is working and that you can see the location of your truck, it's either an illusion or your phone has a virus.

I feel much better about everything now.

It's amazing how everyone passes the buck. No ownership, always someone else's fault, nothing they can do etc .... just tell us why our trucks are sitting. We have seen on this forum, there are people in the chain of distribution that have access to this information. Simple. 40 days for me since mine entered production. Not even a window sticker. Does not engendering a lot of confidence or enhance the customer experience (especially if you have been waiting for the truck since April 2024).

Guys - RAM app IS working. After several weeks of nothing. It updated this weekend that truck was in Pearland and updated yesterday that it’s at Mark Dodge!!

still waiting to get on the train in ohio according to app and dealership update . TBD delivery date on ram tracker. From all the trucks stuck in inspection (mine was one of them for 3 months) , to stuck at body vendor, to stuck at shipping. I'm wagering there is a huge shipping backup. If you make it on the train sheer luck. Ive been at the train station around a week. All cleared for shipping.

Mine's sitting at MD waiting for their body shop to inspect some damage on the hood. A misaligned hood from the factory caused damage to the corner. It looks like the paint is damaged. 9+ months, it finally gets there and this happens.

Mine's sitting at MD waiting for their body shop to inspect some damage on the hood. A misaligned hood from the factory caused damage to the corner. It looks like the paint is damaged. 9+ months, it finally gets there and this happens.

Unbelievable that this could even leave the factory with such a poor misalignment hood. I hope the QC people have to answer to these issues. Min should be at Mark Dodge any day any this makes me nervous.

From earlier mine Feb 22 no updates. I'm commenting on the window sticker comment. I thought mine wasn't available either. On my phone it won't work but I logged in on a desktop and it worked right away. Try using a computer instead hope that helps!

I got call from MD that truck is there. Ordered January 10th, so took 2.5 months total time, pretty pretty good. Level 0 with absolutely no add-ons. Hopefully it passes the MD inspection.

Built Feb 24th, so just one month from building it to arriving to the dealereship.

@Sengdemund @Moparfan I don't feel so bad today now. I've been built since 3/12 and wondering why it hasn't shipped. I saw someone else here who was built and shipped on the same day.

I was told by the dealer that my January order was delivered today. My June order has been in production for two months.

Mine officially delivered with dead batteries, they replaced and then 8 hours later the brand new batteries were draining again and they couldn’t figure out why. Got my deposit back and going with a different vehicle. Will look at maybe reordering in a year or two when Ram gets their crap together.

They said the quality inspection will take another day. Then it's ready for pickup. I won't have time until weekend at least
