They didn't post a quantity on the RHO allocation for the whole business center so its def not "open season" all it said was that the allocation "factors" were going to include prior year sales on specific RAM trim levels etc. Which means the higher volume dealers will have the ability to get more than the lower volume dealers but at an unknown ratio or quantity. It did also say that sold orders would retain priority over stock orders, which is about impossible to track or hold accountable to anyway.Opened for dealer stock last month but AFTER the allocation call so I don't know how they're handling how many each store can order.
My personal expectation is that it may be linked to "playing ball" on other inventory at the opposite end of the spectrum.
Will post up if they say anything about it on the next allocation call, as much as I can without breaking the rules
BUT a good thing that comes out of that, is that is probably the reason they also opened military/responder/affiliate/EP.... those things happened at the same time.
I have been monitoring the forums, at least three other dogs and squirrels have received their RHOs before my April 25th order was even scheduled.

I feel your pain, ordered same date as you and says “Shipped” December 28th, and yet here I am, truckless.
Ohh wow my was April 27 order went production December 20th, shipped December 30th at dealer January 10th.
My first order shipped 11/26. It is still sitting at the rail yard.
