May-April-June orders… who still isn’t scheduled?

May 8 order, D status May 10. Nothing since. If it wasn’t for Mark Dodge having my $1,000 dollars I’d probably cancel my order. Very disappointed with Ram. We’re a lifelong Mopar family going back to 1973 (not that it really matters) but, I’m pretty “ehh” about the RHO now. If no one was getting their truck it would be one thing, but when people that ordered 6-7 months after the early birds are scheduled, in production, or have taken delivery already, and the early birds are still hearing crickets - that’s really bad form on Ram’s part.

I believe we have to wait 9 months with no movement before we can get our money back from Mark Dodge. That puts me around February 8. I went with Mark Dodge based on price and reputation. Plus my local dealers were either ignorant of the RHO, told me to pound sand, or ghosted me when I was trying to order my truck. The whole process has been a bit of a shit show - and we’ve custom ordered multiple cars and trucks over the years. We’ll see what happens, I guess. Just frustrated and venting. Rant off. '"

It's 9 months to be "delivered." I just asked Anthony at Mark Dodge. I ordered May 8 as well (9 months would be February 8 for me), so if I don't see any movement by the second week of January, I will place a second order. I really think May orders are being overlooked. It's not ok.

I’m late April with no movement. I’m really starting to think I’d be better off canceling my order.
It would piss me off to give up my 1G.
I have a 2023 paid off Rebel that I’m going to sell and dump towards the RHO and I’m losing money every month I hang on to it.
Maybe by the time mine gets built a lot of the bugs will be worked out. That’s how I keep from getting pissed off about this.

You don't have to cancel. You can get your deposit back at the end of January. It's 9 months to be "delivered." Then order a new one or just get your deposit back. I am in a similar boat.

I'm debating what to do when the 9 months hits. Ordering another after waiting 9 months due to ram BS seems dumb to me. I need the truck now for my forged offroad wheel company and was expecting it by october/November. Now that ship has sailed. Likely just swoop up a new raptor or barely used trx will work great. The rho is a cool truck so maybe order for 2027 and pray ram pull it's head from it's ass. The trx is awesome just shit mileage for people who actually offroad and need some range. The gen 3 raptor is a fuckin sweet rig too with the best suspension and all the fixed issues from my gen 2. The way I look at is is there is no wrong choice between the three best trucks on the market . Trx, raptor and rho. Pick which one suits your needs best.

Thanks! I'd probably only be happy paying mark dodge prices for the rho honestly , can't see spending 80k + on one.

May 18th confirmed order for Hydro Blue…
Dec 6th, my color change was accepted to Forged Blue…only movement, outside of a half dozen Altheia emails.

Figured by end of January, speak to Anthony about placing new order - as someone else said earlier in this thread - kinda got hooked on the Mark discount offer and it’s almost a matter of principle now. Need to get the truck at that price.

Am I a RAM fan and loyal customer after this…will settle for just being a happy rhino rider with this crazy story about my truck …. And no misfires or other gremlins

You’re better off placing a second order.. time to let go of those early orders. I did and my truck is on its way to the dealership already while my May order is still just confirmed. I was just as disappointed but at this point I want a truck, not my early order.

I spoke to a salesman at Koons Tyson CDJR and he told me that the trucks popping up on cars.com and Autotrader are actual orders. I saw one that matched all of my specifications being built and told him if that order falls through, to give me a call and I'll buy in on spot!!

I don’t think they can make that choice for you, you have to go in and tell them. Most dealers are reasonable. Mine definitely was and was happy to place a second order for me.
