May-April-June orders… who still isn’t scheduled?

what did MD do? lol they gave you a smokin deal, locked in your price and have been doing everything in their power to find out the issues with RAM......i totally get the frustration but make sure its pointed at ram, not the people helping us out.

You know sir, that smoking deal is the only reason I still go back and forth about keeping this truck. In fairness, I’ll retract my MD comment.

Absolutely! Trust me, Mark dodge wants your truck to be built so they can get paid.
 
Circling back, thanks for the reinforcement that we can probably safely get our $1000 back at this point and our trucks that are unscheduled willl not be delivered before JAn/FEB. My only concern is the tracker being off. I have seen a few trucks get built in like "3 days" on the tracker. I would hate for all of us held up in schedule pergatory to suddenly have our trucks built in a week after abandoning ship and lose $1000
 
Is anyone else calling Ram customer support? First time I’ve tried, I just got off the phone after 40min and a mix of talking to someone and waiting on hold. It was escalated to a specialist that should be calling me back within 1-2 business days. Is this the same run around everyone is getting?

Found out something interesting in the process, waiting on @AnthonyRI to return my call to see if it’s just the way their system works or a key to the puzzle
 
I’ll be canceling my order. This wait made me realize that I don’t NEED this truck. I have a paid for 23 Rebel that I’ll continue drive.

Ram has soured me on this entire process.

Yeah, I called multiple times. Submitted a complaint to the BBB, got a response to "try calling the Ram customer support line." Complain is still open. Apparently they never actually opened a case so they (Stellantis) wants me to start over.
 
The case opening seems to be bogus, I called and had one “escalated” to a specialist as well only to never receive a call back after numerous attempts to get a hold of the case manager. I would call and be connected to voicemail box that was inoperable. Then I was told a message was sent to her and she would call me back… crickets. Finally I called for the 5th time which resulted in a new case being opened with a call back promised in one business day. That was last week and shocker… more crickets. Also, sent a few emails to Brant Combs, but of course that was useless as well. April 30th order here btw, zero movement.

Because nobody at RAM gives a fuck. There is no way somebody can convince me Timmy Tim is gonna have any positive impact anytime soon, this company is woke or something, zero accountability, no sense of urgency, no integrity, completely disorganized, quality is out the door, nada, zilch. It’s insane how tarnished this brand has become in such little time. The good ones that we’ve seen on this forum (MD and assembly line workers) are the exception because they actually care and are extremely helpful. It’s all a shame, really.

I'm placing my 2nd order tomorrow, just need to sign the paperwork when Ashley from MD sends it over. Driving a Tremor right now, I want to lock in the $2k conquest rebate and $1k incentive before it goes away. I'll now have an almost a fully loaded RHO for $76k. If my first June 11th order doesn't deliver by March 11th I'll get that deposit back. I think it's my best option considering Ram is shut down for 3 weeks. Ashley said the owner at MD is contacting Ram directly about these early order oversight. They are doing everything the can to help us out.
 
Ram in all actuality could care less about a few hundred trucks not being built and leaving the headache in the consumers hands. What does a few trucks do to their reputation…nothing at all. What it does do though is hurt the middle man, the dealerships that are stuck in the middle. Whether they try to actually get information like MD or blow smoke up their customers butts, they are the ones that feel the most impact from the lack of accountability from Ram.
 
Is MD stuck with all these 1st orders when we take the 2nd? I'm not canceling it, just hedging with a better deal and hopefully a sooner delivery.

My April order just got scheduled, how do I find out for when? I actually was going to re order from MD since I could lock in extra 3k in rebates too and I hadn’t had any movement since April 27 lol

Ask your salesperson they can see more/actual details on the status.

You can almost certainly still re order too, though. Scheduled now still is a near certainty to be delivered more than 9 months from April 27. If you can save the $3k and get your deposit back you should.
