Exactly, You felt the need to clown me because I relayed information that your company put out. So it OK to clown with no recourse??Since my comment got deleted and this didn't, I'll state what needs to be said again. I clowned you for claiming they'd only make 10 rho's per day for the next year, which is not based on any facts or evidence, you just ran with a number from a dealer call. 2nd point, I didn't claim to be from power train to help you on that same thread. You felt the need to go look at everything I've posted and brought up the fact I work for the company. My plant doesn't make a single part for the rho so I'm not sure what "help" you think I owe you. My plant has nurses, janitors, secretaries, you name it. You don't know what my role is, because I didn't state it. You want me to ask them for help for you too since you don't understand how big the company is? I'm not ram cares, I don't speak on behalf of the company, I'm not going to risk my job to try and give you information. I'm just an enthusiast who happens to work for the company. So stop bringing my name up and tagging me on a thread that I have nothing to do with like a 2 year old on a temper tantrum. I don't agree with everything this company has done either, but I'm sure just about anyone at any work place can say the same. There, you got the attention you're clearly starved of.

No bozo you didn't just relay information, you had to put your spin on it like you do everything. No better than a click bait YouTuber. I guarantee they didn't say that they project to continue building 10 rho's per day for the next year, you said that. They probably said we're currently producing around 10 rho's per day with a predetermined ramp up, then you ran to the forum and threw a spin on it. That's why you got called out. But keep back peddling.Exactly, You felt the need to clown me because I relayed information that your company put out. So it OK to clown with no recourse??
I will tell you I'm also an enthusiast and huge advocate for Stellantis and the brand so when an employee thinks it ok to clown me for repeating what they said I'm not going to sit by and passively go away. Not a temper tantrum but rather a man standing his ground. The fact that you state your not willing to risk your job to help your customers says alot about your integrity. I will let it ride because this thread has gotten out of hand and I would rather try and assist these folks with real concerns. I will continue to send PMs to those that I can help with problems created by Stellantis and I'm not the one getting a pay check from them. I do know the inner workings of your company and truly hope Tim can get it turned around ASAP. All of us will benefit as customers and enthusiasts. Cheers ...
DM each other already so this thread doesn't get taken down. So are they doing anything other then replacing the cats? I mean if they just replace and send on the way i am betting it happens again?Case manager called us other cat should be there Friday!! We still don’t know the why but we told the repair dealer we want to pick that b up Saturday!!
I agree! Unless something with the cat was defective itself. I believe my truck was one of the first ones built, I’m not 100% sure on they though. At this point if we pick it up and it breaks down when we get back home I’m going to take it to my local dealer which I used to work for and they will figure out the why. I’m very comfortable with my shop foreman and the techs there digging into it and figuring out the why. The repair dealer right now isn’t giving us much hope that they are going to dig into the why unless it smacks them In the face with something obvious. I have sent them some of the star cases that have been posted on this thread and the response I got back for one of them was “this star case doesn’t apply to your VIN” … No shit the truck is too new, but showed the same codes and symptoms as this star case… and The other one I sent I didn’t get a response back to. At this point if we get no where with the lemon law side we just want it back here to get looked at if it breaks. So are they doing anything other then replacing the cats? Fingers crossed for you.Case manager called us this morning…. Parts went from being there today to now Wednesday next week… Ughhh. Was hoping it showed, but deep down had a feeling this was going to be the case… The service manager did say after they put the cats on they want to run some more tests on it to try and see if they can pin point the why. I gave him the star case for the engine harness routing at the rear of the cylinder head being damaged, he said he appreciated the information and would have the guys look into that to be sure. I’ll let ya’ll know when I hear more!
