Right on, I have done my digging to try and help also. I agree that the shared info will help in getting these problems resolved. I got trolled also by @Viper for trying to find solutions. He said he works in powertrain for Stellantis but is no where to be found in helping to find solutions. Almost like a narcissistic ex girlfriend by turning it around like we have no reason to be disappointed that our investment with them has not gone as planned. Dont let this troll @gimmie11s get to ya man .. Sucks you had a problem with your new truck. Im sure your dealer will get to the bottom of it. Sounds like the tech is working hard to resolve it.

I'm not sure why you're coming after me. I've been consistently supportive of people having issues and continue to think this roll out has been a debacle with far too many people experiencing both major and minor issues.

That being said, I don't buy the 90% figure. Just don't.

I wonder if taking delivery in a different state with different lemon law rules is a factor?

We should be hearing back from the lemon law attorneys in the next couple days we sent them all the information we can and have which isn’t much just the texts I’ve messaged with them thru WiAdvisor texting platform they use. they are going to review it and let us know how and if we can proceed. The selling dealer called me this morning and I let him know what the case manager told us he was going to get with his GM and reach back out to me with some information. They’ve been awesome thru all this mess.

I clowned you for claiming they'd only make 10 rho's per day for the next year, which is not based on any facts or evidence, you just ran with a number from a dealer call. 2nd point, I didn't claim to be from power train to help you on that same thread. You felt the need to go look at everything I've posted and brought up the fact I work for the company. My plant doesn't make a single part for the rho so I'm not sure what "help" you think I owe you. My plant has nurses, janitors, secretaries, you name it. You don't know what my role is, because I didn't state it. You want me to ask them for help for you too since you don't understand how big the company is? I'm not ram cares, I don't speak on behalf of the company, I'm not going to risk my job to try and give you information. I'm just an enthusiast who happens to work for the company. So stop bringing my name up and tagging me on a thread that I have nothing to do with like a 2 year old on a temper tantrum.
