I'm getting a logo on my laptop and truck on my phone this afternoon, even after clearing all browser caches on each device. Prior to today, during my many checks, both browsers have always displayed the truck.

I also thought that it meant something when my tracker would switch back to my original Tungsten order. Nothing ever happened, until recently.

I ordered mine in black on June 22, Level 1, pano, bead locks, tow packages, pretty much checked every box. Nothing yet.

I have ordered an RHO. I was told by my dealer that they saw my truck has been assigned a VIN. I have tried going to the RAM Truck site to see where in the process its at. It says no information available on my truck. So because I have a VIN doesn't mean my order is confirmed??

App is slow sometimes the dealer shows a VIN so you should be good.

either the dealer or via email - you will get a VON number (confirming the order) ... and then a VIN ... so im guessing you already have a VON .... must just be the wait for system to update

Yeah, I have a VON. got it from the dealer to try the online tracker. looking at my paperwork from the dealer it has their name in the sold to. maybe have to put their name in the tracker?

I believe I couldn't get in till I stopped capitalizing my last name, but that was 7 months ago and I'm still not scheduled

Longshot here, but make sure that there isn’t a space after the last letter of your last name before you hit the return key. That’s the problem I had because when I started typing my last name, my iPad and iPhone figured it out and filled out the whole name and when I tapped on it, it adds a space at the end. You have to back up one.

I ordered black too on July 30 and no schedule. I am guessing I am over a month out.

Same boat I got an email from the regional guy from stellantis related all parts are in should see it start moving September 13… we will see how that holds up..

So did you email them for an update or was that your dealer?
I would to get answers on my truck that I ordered June 18th and is still in D1 status (as far as I know).
My dealer really isn't the aggressive kind to reach out to Ram for when request them too and that frustrating considering the money I will be giving them.
