Why was it canceled? To go all this time then just straight up.cancel wtf

I asked MD to cancel my April 25th order.

Here is the background. Sensing something was wrong with my April 25th order, I placed a second order in Nov. The 2nd order was built in December BUT Ram unilaterally added LV 1 to the order - I ordered a base unit. No price protection - so I had to make a 3rd order.

On 12/28, when I made my third order, I asked MD to cancel my April 25th order. Fortunately I did not have to pay another deposit and MD agreed that the deposits from the 1st two orders would be applied to the 3rd order. I was also able to take advantage of the 1k holiday incentive as well as the 1k DM Code. Frustrating to be 9 months out without the truck, but I got a couple grand more off and I can't drive for 2 more months anways.

Guys, who has been scheduled again after the old scheduling that occurred months ago where they were brought back to D status? I’m trying to figure out if my tracker is going to work again. I’ve been rescheduled for atleast 4 days and tracker still shows scheduled sept. 16th. I’m not sure my tracker is going to show any new updates at this point.
