Guys, who has been scheduled again after the old scheduling that occurred months ago where they were brought back to D status? I’m trying to figure out if my tracker is going to work again. I’ve been rescheduled for atleast 4 days and tracker still shows scheduled sept. 16th. I’m not sure my tracker is going to show any new up

I ordered 3 RHO's. I have the one that I ordered on Sept. 3rd, the two that I ordered in August showed up this morning as scheduled Jan 16th. I don't know if it helped or is just a coincidence, but for the last week and a half I have been calling and emailing Ram Care on a daily basis for explanations for the delay. They would only tell me that they were looking into it. Regardless, at least they are scheduled now.

I think RaAM finally got their shit together. Both my May 12 and Aug 7 orderes finally moved to scheduled on Jan 6. I haven’t reached out to anyone and I’m seeing movement. I’m showing February 2 ship date. I think all these early orders were finally prioritized

Or, they just have to fill production and are getting to what's left over. I seriously doubt Ram prioritizes anything. BUT, let's put Ram to the test. They unilaterally added level 1 to my base order and refused to price protect my signed POC. They said I could reorder and they would "prioritize" the order. The "prioritized" order was confirmed on 12/28. Let's see what happens. Regardless, finally, great news for you! I hope you get your truck soon!

ME too, order dates a bit different, otherwise same as you. My dealer said their data shows ship date of 1/28, not 4/10 -- big difference. Hopefully that will change. For a while, maybe 10 minutes ago, it showed the wrong dealer, which they corrected.

I got my email from Robert today letting me know my truck arrived at Pearland, a full 2 weeks after I knew that from my regular outbound status checks to Ashley.

Anyone know if the Robert email means anything new, or they just got around to sending it?

I asked MD to cancel my April 25th order.

Here is the background. Sensing something was wrong with my April 25th order, I placed a second order in Nov. The 2nd order was built in December BUT Ram unilaterally added LV 1 to the order - I ordered a base unit. No price protection - so I had to make a 3rd order.

On 12/28, when I made my third order, I asked MD to cancel my April 25th order. Fortunately I did not have to pay another deposit and MD agreed that the deposits from the 1st two orders would be applied to the 3rd order. I was also able to take advantage of the 1k holiday incentive as well as the 1k DM Code. Frustrating to be 9 months out without the truck, but I got a couple grand more off and I can't drive for 2 more months anways.

I should have waited it out and let Ram cancel my order... then I could have gotten my 1000 back

Sounds like it’s in their possession. That happened to me

No issue with that - they ALL turn to TBD at some point. I wish they would sooner in process LOL to me once it is unloaded from train, there are no further incremental steps, therefore anything they update with is based on smoke signals.
