It is why I ordered a RHO in the first place and I would own it if Ram didn’t screw up the ordering process. This is not getting enough attention, IMO.

Ram flat out lied on their website on fuel economy and probably gained many additional orders because of it.It is why I ordered a RHO in the first place and I would own it if Ram didn’t screw up the ordering process.
I am averaging 11.5mpg at best, to compare, my '22 TRX was 10.5mpg. I have no idea how a 6 cylinder turbo motor has very little MPG improvement over a 6.2l supercharged V8 lol
Does Ram actually come up with the numbers? I thought the EPA has to either determine it or at least certify the mileage that the OEM suggests? I didn't realize just lying was an option. If it is, I'm not sure why everyone doesn't do it - not many (like us) that spend time on forums discussing mileage down to the 10th before buying!Ram flat out lied on their website on fuel economy and probably gained many additional orders because of it.
I don't regret mine, but I probably would've thought about it a bit more and weighed a used TRX more seriousoy had they been transparent.
But I guess more holistically the supposed reason they ditched the big V8 was for fuel economy compliance. If they're nearly the same anyway I really don't understand the decision
Well what ram did before they would get certified on regular 2wd lightest pickup with lowest gear ratio and set mpg for all trucks at that. Eventually they downgraded rebel mpg down the road. They also do tests in best time environment and low mph so numbers look great. My 22 ram 1500 had rating off 17/22 city/highway actual numbers were more like 14 city 17 highway and with 35s and level 13 city 15.5 highway.Does Ram actually come up with the numbers? That's not bad at all mine was always around 10.5 could only touch 12 on long trips.Getting 14.9 in my 22 TRXView attachment 8179
Jokes aside I get about 12.5 mixed or at 85mph on the highway. This is at altitude (about 6000 ft).
When I had mine I got like 10-10.5, less if I was really getting on it and 13ish on the highway downhill in a tail windGetting 14.9 in my 22 TRXView attachment 8179

I've found the altitude is good for a few points. When I go down to Texas I usually lose 1-2 mpg. That's not bad at all mine was always around 10.5 could only touch 12 on long trips.
I just got 14.2 on a tank this morning. I have 5k on the truck. live in the northeast where it was cold when we first got the truck. was averaging 12.5 The weather is starting to warm up and my mileage has improved a little with that. my guess is this truck will average for me (80% highway 20% sport/baha fun!) 15 in the warmer weather with better gas. my limited with 33s Ridge Grapplers was getting 16/17. Id be happy with 15. I didn't have a TRX but 10 seems to be what I've heard. 15 would be 50% better then thatI've found the altitude is good for a few points. I'm in the tri-state area at 5500 miles, I've noticed the same exact thingI just got 14.2 on a tank this morning. What fuel octane grade are you guys running?I'm in the tri-state area at 5500 miles, I've noticed the same exact thing

how is that tune going? is diablo sport taking logs from you and sending revisions?93 here too and with the tune....our MPG is dropping....Im not sure if it has anything to do with trying to get up to the speed limit as quickly as possible or not.....![]()
Absolutely love it!! There is an app that piggybacks the main app and sends them the logs. No revisions as of yet...how is that tune going? is diablo sport taking logs from you and sending revisions?
